Didnt get my delivery as promised, they never came near the house.
My dog wouldve heard them at the door. No attempt was made apart from 1 phone call which i never heard as i was out the back. No card through the letter box. I have stayed in all day and i am really p----d off.

Fantastic service
The lad delivering was very professional and took care not to damage either the packages or my new floor!

Shocking. They took weeks to pick up the item and weeks later still have not delivered it. I have rearranged my diary to be at home on the delivery day booked in advance multiple times, only for the delivery to be cancelled due to a ‘technical issue’. Avoid avoid avoid.

Our sofa was collected 3 weeks ago and we still don't have a delivery slot. We have chased by email several times and now logged a formal complaint that hasn't been responded to. Zero indication of when it will be delivered. Really poor service, never dreamt it would take this long. Xpert delivery - when can we expect to receive our sofa???

AVOID IF DELIVERY IS TIME DEPENDENT

Horrific - Although cheap they do not deliver within the specified time period and have zero customer service. If these guys are your cheapest quote on Shiply look elsewhere.

Polite, friendly and took care of the parcel.

This is an excellent service, when parcel force, DPD, Yodel etc wouldn't ship my large item - Shiply was able to do it and for a fair price. Would definitely use again.

The delivery and communication from the courier service and driver was spot on so all together brilliant thank you

Very good, I was worried about having hired over the internet and I was surprised, they were great and attentive, they took great care of my sofa! and despite not having a direct phone number they respond very quickly to emails. many thanks to all team!

Van did not arrive on the day scheduled and paid for despite being confirmed. The van was booked to move a bed and two sofas. I still have no confirmation of when they will be collected, and my new sofa is being delivered today and I have nowhere to put it!
Shoddy customer service. No phone number to call and computer says no answers via an online chat service.

Great service great price came on time no problems

3 attempts to collect, all failed without explanation. Final attempt was 5-8pm which was reluctantly accepted, but it was revised to 6.15-9.15pm for which they finally turned up after 9.30pm - entirely unreasonable for a domestic collection. Even then they refused to move a wardrobe from a bedroom despite having been paid for 'two men & thru floors'

What a waste of time. I wouldn’t have even given you 1 star!! Will never use again. After 8days of paying no arrangements had been made for collection. Lady was moving so had to be done by a certain date. They then said they could not complete transaction due to shortage of staff. Left me high and dry. Had to make alternative arrangements at short notice which cost me 3 times the amount that Xpert had quoted due to time scale. Still awaiting for refund.

Great communication and flexibility regarding the delivery. I especially appreciated that I was given a few days notice and it was possible to let the firm know at that point whether the delivery slot suited or not.

My antique table arrived safely and during the time slot that was agreed.

I came across this company as I was looking for an item that I had brought to be picked up. I found a company that puts you in touch with companies who bid for your business.
I spoke with various companies through the portal of the company that puts you in touch with them.
I gave the height weight and diameter and said a pallet truck will be required as it will be on 1. The item was 52kg. I was given the price and I asked again are you happy with the size and weight given.
They came back with questions of what I did not ask, so I asked again the price did not go up so I booked the item and paid.
The item took longer than the agreed time scale they gave so I emailed to ask when will it be picked up. They did respond then the item was due to be picked up on the 17th after 5pm, then on the day sorry cant pick up until the 18th then straight after the 19th so doesnt give you much confidence.
The driver then turned up on the 18th to pick the item up at 16.20 then drove off. I then recieved a message to say the driver could not pick up as the item was to heavy for 1 man and another £40.00 is required.
They are experts so they say at picking up large items. So a pallet truck I would of thought is 1 tool to have in the van.
Spoke with them told them I gave you all the information why am I paying more, you should of said sorry 52kg cannot be done with 1 man at point of sale not arrive then say it, especially when you have been given the information to quote correctly.
Company is a disgrace to the proffession would not use them again for anything. Or recomend them to anyone.
Either they cant read or they are quoting low to get the business then ask for more money, of which most will probably pay as you have waited long enough paid for the item that end an would like to see the item.

If this company are the experts then there is no hope, absolute joke of a firm, forever changing dates, turned up on the wrong date, then couldn’t be bothered to collect the item, as it was too big despite having all dimensions beforehand, then demanded an additional £40 for collection, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. USELESS
