The company has gone bust as far as I know and still have my furniture.

Has anyone else had this experience and any success in retrieving their belongings?

Shocking do not use! The sales and complaint emails are false, they bounce back as blocked, non-existent. Having spent nearly £200 on two bookings for collection, no response, no collection or delivery and worse still no refund!

We have previously used Xpert Delivery - not always the most prompt but we have sent several fully factory assembled piano stools successfully. Unfortunately when we tried to use them recently the website gave the quote and took our money no problem - but then total silence. It is now 10 days since booking and they have not tried to book anything in or responded to our multiple emails querying when they would collect/deliver. I can only assume they have ceased trading but not taken down the website so money is still being taken despite not offering any service in return.

AVOID!! Booked 3 delivery's with these guys and PAID! Their phone number doesn't work, they don't respond to emails!! I have emailed on a few occasions now regarding the delivery's also to cancel, turns out they aren't coming anyway!! Please listen to the reviews on here!!

This company stole my money. I obtained a quote, placed an order, they accepted the payment and then cancelled the delivery saying they could not provide the service, the service that they advertise. They promised a refund but it has not been received 5 months later despite repeated requests.

This company is ran by the directors of Fauzer Logistics - a company that was dissolved August 2023.

Fauzer Logistics is also the company name taking payments for Shiply courier payments under the user name of AirSpeeder ( at the moment ) who are scammers who take your money, collect your items and then steal them.

i would advise anyone also having issues to speak to Trading Standards and HMRC if necessary especially if your payment has gone to their now supposedly dissolved company Paypal account.

Shocking that they continue to get away with this illegal behaviour.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE - THEY ARE CHARLATANS AND RIP-OFF MERCHANTS! They will take your money and destroy your goods. And then lie about it.

Absolutely terrible. A framed mirror with shelves bought on ebay and photographed immediately before collection by this company arrived wrecked. The glass was intact, but various parts of the frame and shelf supports had been ripped off. The delivery men left this extremely heavy item at the bottom of a long uphill driveway - I could barely manoeuvre it into the car, as it was so big and heavy.
The packaging, for which, along with insurance, I had been charged extra, was entirely inadequate, comprising one layer of bubble wrap and one of heavy-duty clingfilm. This did not even cover the whole of the item, some parts being left exposed.
Upon unwrapping, it was found that one side of the main mirror was unfixed, because that part of the frame had been knocked off and the fixings were sheared off. Several shelf supports were similarly knocked off, with fixings sheared off. One decorative panel was missing entirely.

Xpert Delivery refuse to accept any responsibility, claiming that the item was falling apart upon collection. This is NOT TRUE! The photos taken immediately prior to collection prove this and are time-recorded.

Xpert Delivery communication is terrible - they do not acknowledge any emails and cannot be contacted by phone. Replies are only elicited following promises of bad reviews and even then are simply blocking devices, full of untruths.

They asked for photos of the damage, which had already been sent in the first instance and then just came back with more untruths.

Placed a delivery money taken and then my slot cancelled with no reason and no refund! Tried to contact support last week no reply and no correspondence about refunding my payment.

Communication was good, delivery on time and driver very helpful.

Difficult delivery of 3m long heavy panels. The driver was very strong and advised how we should handle them. Arrived quite quickly after booking.

Unreliable don't show up no phone call to let you no tx u to say time no show can't call them back I'm bussy and serntaly do do business with people like this stay clear you been warned

As long as you’re not in a hurry, this is a fantastic and very cost effective service. I was fortunate that I could wait a couple of weeks for 2 small sofas if purchased on eBay. £102 from one end of the country to the other, saved me a whole day driving, and not far off that in petrol cost. Definitely recommend if you’re flexible with delivery dates.

Helpful on time collection and delivery unbeatable price . Xpert contract self employed drivers if they are good you will be pleased. Communication prompt and efficient.

No problems. picked up when said and delivered when said. Communication was spot on. Able to track the delivery and meet the driver at the bottom of our drive to help him find us.Driver helped with loading and delivery. Excellent price to collect and deliver 60 kg item 230 miles away. Would not hesitate to use again.

Had to cancel two delivery days and xpert were very understanding. Driver friendly and help carry in the unit.

Picked up and delivered as they said they would. The driver was very helpful too. I have used them before because they offer a good and reasonably priced service.
