My deliveries have been beyond a joke. I have had several cancellations of collections and failed attempts of delivery. The sideboard has been collected from me and has remained in your warehouse for two weeks. I am sick of hearing the same response that it’s with the scheduling department. I made the booking over a month ago and your company has breached their terms and conditions of delivery times and will be reported to trading standards unless I have the following information as soon as.

As “expert delivery” is incapable of arranging delivery, I have payed another company an additional £60 to collect it from your warehouse this week. I therefore need a contact number of your warehouse in Birmingham and someone to be there once the company come to collects, with the sideboard readily available to collect.

I will also be expecting a full refund from yourselves as you have failed to provide the service promised. I will not wait any longer I’ve been more than patient.

I am a paying customer. It’s one thing making an error but to make the error again and again and still have no resolution is beyond frustrating. Not only has this company wasted hours of my time, you’ve caused me massive stress and upset and two bad reviews and claims for refunds off my customers which has tarnished my small company

The delivery driver was excellent, with no mobile signal in our area it is difficult to find locations but he was successful. Very nice manner friendly and courteous,
a very creditable employee of the company.

Item dropped off as instruction,driver phoned to ask where to drop off no problem thank you.

The 2 delivery were present helpful and a pleasure to have come to my home, after a long day work and delivering as arranged at 6pm, both smiling and courteous.

Delivery was excellent admin not so good. Had a delivery date email to which I replied saying I was on holiday that week to which I got a response to say they had acknowledged my information and would rebook it for when I returned. While on holiday I got another email to say they where delivering that week so had to reject it again. Eventually got a date when I was back at work and delivery was well informed and in the time slot allocated.

Should never use this company! Same situation as other bad experience customers. Cancel both collection and delivery multiple times. No one answering the call, and every day give various excuses. Quoted for 5-7 day, after 14 days still not yet delivered. All good reviews are invited by them, Trustpilot should seriously investigate this! misleading innocent customers.

I don’t genuinely write reviews but the service from this company has been so bad i felt I had to.

I’ve used them 3 times (was sceptical after the first 2 but gave them another go) and every time at both collection and delivery they always cancel on the day…I’ve had various excuses. Can’t actually speak to anyone and all I get is sorry we’ll be in touch. So to have 6/6 cancellations and no escalation support to sort this is totally unacceptable.

I’ll never use again.

...can't fault this courier:- I was kept well informed of delivery times, the delivery driver was friendly and very helpful and I could see the item I was expecting (a large mirror) had been loaded and transported correctly in the van so it arrived in perfect condition. Happy days!

Really friendly driver called 10mins before arrival. Helped bring the parcels in.

You cannot speak to anyone on the phone, and people with no control or authority man the chat. Very inflexible with collections, they canceled delivery and cannot give a new delivery date. My customer is fuming and I can't give them a delivery date because these clowns will not confirm one.
