Delivered my package late, they literally had a whole F***ing month and its late. It was exetremly important to me and they didn’t deliver. Worst shipping company.

Again, this same company did the same exact thing. This time I made a police report. The report so that they can go to the building security to request video footage as evidence.

The customer service number doesnt work.

I tried to email the company to only get left in silence.

I work from home so when I got a notification that the package was delivered 08:57 am I ran outside to see nothing was left at the mailbox. The guy that was there mentioned that he delivered medication. Im so glade I spoke to him because he wore the company safety vest. Its on camera.

What a joke. Email address can't be found? No phone support? No tracking updates, wrong address delivery repeatedly. This is a scam company .

Had a packaged delivered by one of their incompetent employees and he delivered it to the FedEx drop off box in front of my building. Emailed them and I get the same boiler plate response. Useless.

They marked as delivered my package but de destination was closed on saturday, despite they upload pictures from another day when the place was open. In this moment I don't know if my package was stolen, not delivery or I don't know, but use picture from another day is a scam.

Delivery drivers will leave packages in public areas (thus leaving packages to be easily stolen) rather than following clear delivery instructions. The driver's "proof of delivery" photos were taken RIGHT NEXT to multiple signs saying that packages cannot be left in that area!

Customer service is no help, and will vaguely cite that "company policy" permits the delivery person to disregard delivery instructions. No longer doing business with any company that uses Yanwen, it just isn't worth it.

Package delivered to wrong address will not provide a statement of non delivery so I can request a new item so if it lost its lost

my package was delivered by leaving it at the end of my driveway in the sun, which is about 100 feet from my front door. someone could have run over it before i found it. also not sure if the product will survive 95+ temps. I don't know how long it sat out there. Amazon, UPS deliver to the door. Why does this company leave it at the end of a driveway where is could be stolen, baked in the sun or run over? I had not received a notice it would be delivered, so I wasn't looking for it.

The delivery man threw my package at my door from 10-15 feet away. I have the video from my doorbell. I have contacted the customer support, but received no communication. Is there any way to hold them accountable?

Let's see. I ordered Nurafix in May. The 26th to be exact. I don't care if it's coming from the moon,it should have been delivered by now.,7-23-26. What a joke.

I ordered something through AliExpress and Yanwen was selected as its courier. Initially, I had a bad feeling as I’ve never heard of them b4 and seeing bad reviews. However, it arrived in 10 days from the day I purchased it. I think whoever delivered it actually knocked too which rarely ever happens from couriers like this. Either they knocked or they were just visible on the camera. Either way, my package made it to the right place, unharmed, and before the expected intervals of 2pm-4pm. Thank you

This Yanwen company is a scam. Why? They advertise a beautiful large artificial flowers online. The artificial large pink flowers .Ours were pink we order.It took along time to be delivered. When deliver the box was very small with a very tiny flower in box. Order came 07 10 2026 Stay away from this Yanwen out of China. It is a scam. Yanwen withdrew our money out of our bank account. We have reported Yanwen. To Attorney General. The police dept. Federal Trade Commission. Consumer Affairs. We have lots of policemen in our family. Chiefs of policemen. Alert!!! A scam. Beware of Yanwen. They advertise these big big flowers. Its not real. A big Scam!!!! Do not give them your money. I'm currently waiting on 3 Temu packages that were shipped using this delivery service;

YWNJC010145558350 and YWNJC010144517327: These were supposed to be delivered today (July 12th) and weren't but they're still "out for delivery."

YWNJC010145599865: This tracking hasn't been updated since when it was received in TX on July 9th. Apparently this company doesn't have their own trucks so they have regular people driving for them.

A package that was supposed to be delivered to my house yesterday, was delivered to the apartment building within my complex. The shipping label clearly says 901 but they decided to leave my package at a 911 address. My house is LITERALLY 10 steps to the left of the building. Luckily I was able to get in the apartment building and retrieve my package (that was left out in the lobby) before it was stolen. I've had to contact Yanwen customer service by email and show them pictures of my house so their delivery person can know where they're going.

For a company that has the word "express" in their name and advertises themselves as "revolutionizing last-mile delivery services in the United States by utilizing top-notch Delivery Service Partner networks nationwide" I would rather have SpeedX delivery packages before I ever choose Yanwen. Yanwen is famous for losing packages, stealing packages and taking forever to even deliver packages. As soon as I'm able, I'll be submitting a request to Temu to have Yanwen removed as a shipping method for my purchases.

The delivery driver was rude and actually got into my face when I asked him to leave the property so I could retrieve our dog after the dog got out. The dog is large and friendly but some are afraid of the dog. I asked the driver to stay in his vehicle and just leave so I could get the dog. The driver then spouted off rude insults and I asked him in Spanish if he understood English ? The delivery driver then jumped out of hit truck and got in my face and made threats. The delivery driver then was surprised when I told him I was not afraid of him despite his being younger and larger. I told him I was not running and he would regret hitting me as Utah has Stand Your Ground which does not require me to flee and actually gives me the right to defend myself and property with extreme measures if necessary. The delivery driver then refused a request from another resident of the house to leave. He played a childish game of pulling up a foot and claiming he was leaving and then another foot. and finally after 20 minutes pulled out and parked down the street . The Sandy Utah Policeman I spoke to then agreed with me and said he would tell the delivery driver that he was no longer allowed on the property .

Første gang fik jeg aldrig besked og pakken blev sendt retur.
Nu har jeg fået besked om at den ikke kunne leveres til mig, men at den er på "post huset", men ingen besked om hvilket posthus.
Mailen fra Yanwen angiver at jeg kan ringe post nord, men der er bare en telefon svarer som henv til "chatten" i PostNord
Når jeg forsøger at tilføje pakken med det pakkenr. Yanwen opgiver, kender Post Nord ikke til den... så hvor er den??
I morgen vil den blive returneret.....

My order, sent from China, which I didn't know before getting the "tracking", is stuck now since more than a week somewhere in China. Nothing happens or changes, the seller says "it's in delivery, contact Yanwen", but no chance there. Worst delivery ever.

Your young delivery guy just tossed my product about 3 ft from my door. I snapped at him. And told him not to okay, okay me. Just stop doing that and to get the f out of here. Your people do not care about your company or your clients.

Not knowing when my parcel finally had to come, I saw by accident on PayPal an failed delivery attampt ,not leaving any notification or attempt to deliver to any neighbors.
I thought this was the first time , wrong, the fourth time they say. How can you aspect not knowing they went by to be home. Customer Service promised a new delivery attampt and stayed home for nothing and instead they have send it back to China!!!! Fools!!!

delivery driver took a picture of my mailbox from inside their car across the street and another picture of the package inside their car. It appears they never exited the car and never placed the package in my mailbox. I hope that lowlife enjoys my keychains that have no resale value. I certainly won't have an easy time acquiring more. Never had a package theft in many years living there except from something that came from GOFO express. And the driver got caught stealing packages and that one was returned many months later. I can only hope yanwen catches this employee too.
