Pleasant experience
Good morning, just a quick reflection on my experience with Zenith.
I've been hopping on and off the website for some time, trying to make a decision. Layout and usability of the site made it really easy, gave me most of the information I required and in case of any questions, team on the other end was very responsive, supportive and knowleadgable.
Service was easy to use and pretty straightforward, communication is great and so far with my journey into the ordering process I cannot fault any single bit.
I have not yet received my vehicle, so perhaps it may be too early to say, and as it stands I would give it 10/10.

We are locked in a battle of whether I have to get the car MOTd before returning it.
Their T&C's clearly don't require me to do so, but they have an internal policy that it wants 30 days on it.
It's impossible to have a conversation with anyone who can get beyond "it's policy" as though their internal policy is in any way binding on me.
Apart from the agro this is causing me now, I suspect it's symptomatic of their general way of working. I won't go near them again.

Company car through Zenith
Company car through Zenith, brand new Audi Q4 lasted 4 weeks before it broke down, now been in the local Audi Dealer for 6 weeks, no parts in the UK or Germany to fix it and no idea when the parts will be available.
I am paying a huge amount of my salary every month for this car and cant use it! Have tried contacting Zenith but have had no response.

Great service and simple enough to browse and order cards. The only issue I had was that if a clicked on a specific car, I could get back to the original search and had to start again.

I did think the ease in which the order process went was good but have ordered quite an expensive car and thought i would get a phone call from someone confirming and going over my order to make sure everything was ok.
