I AM APPALLED AT THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED AND PAID UPFRONT FOR THE EPOS SYSTEM, GOT SUSPICIOUS IMMEDIATELY AND TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO NO AVAIL VIA THERE WHATSAPP, EMAILS AND PHONE, SENT A CANCELLATION EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE PAYMENT SENT. SINCE THEN HAVE RANG ME AND BULLIED AND THREATENED ME, THEY CONTINUE TO CHANGE THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO SUIT WHAT IS HAPPENING, AND THEN A WEEK LATER AFTER SAYING DO NOT SEND ANY EQUIPMENT THEY DECIDE TO SEND IT THEY THINK THEY ARE BEING CLEVER !! MY BANK IS NOW INVOLVED - AVOID AVOID AVOID ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, THERE ARE ONLY 2 PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE A MAN AND WOMAN AND PRETEND THERE ARE LOTS OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. DO NOT SEND THESE ROGUES YOUR MONEY.

Also known as Xepos Advertise merchants services with free 4g terminal and a base rate .3% and .4% ( credit card/debit card)... but the contract says different.. They also advertise at cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancelled within one day and told there would be a cancellation fee !! If you are looking for merchant services, go direct to Worldpay or Barclaycard as they offer better rates. Caveat emptor

Ps also be aware.. they ask for information prior to offering a contract.. after the contract is completed .. they then ask for further information!!, which,if they had asked for information prior to completing the contract there is no way I would have completed the contract... not the actions of a reputable company CAVEAT EMPTOR

It like you are using a system in 80s

When you go to buy, they say all the good things but after but they don’t care about anything except your monthly payment
No support or no complaint solve

When I buy they say all connected with that one this one, can do discount sale, offers etc

But nothing works, if you want to bust his system, just buy a calculator
Both does the same job

Nothing will be informed you
I have the system 18 months
I never ever received a email or post from this post from this people

This company is absolutely shocking.
I have been without my pos for almost 3 weeks. I eventually got sent a replacement that was faulty and the agent asked me “what have you done to it” any time I called for support I was palmed off constantly. I have 2 of these systems and I have now cancelled both and will be going with a new supplier. Avoid avoid avoid

Nimra,was patience and very helpful to resolved my issue.

They do bait and switch, promised X rates and I got more expensive rates and they did not disclose any contract or cancellation fees saying that once the contract terminates there would not fees but they never showed me the contract before signing and then the contract shows totally different rates, all higher even monthly fees.
Misrepresentation.
- Card rates described are not accurate and instead higher rates are being applied , never got to see the contract at the point of signing it, only got to see through EVO a month later.
- I was told that I would receive a 4G device but the terminal is a 2G and very slow terminal.
- I told the sales representative Jade Kaur that I would only proceed if the rates were truthful and I keep communications with her as proof.
Currently having and ongoing dispute with them as they refuse to collect the terminal that I don't want to have and I don't use.

Very bad customer service. Try to avoid, sorry don't try just avoid it. If you have extra enough time apart from your business to run then do the gardening. At least you'll have some vegetables but with them money, time and business you'll loose.
