Fast and very helpful

Software is very slow and limited, support staff don't understand basic instructions. They take long too long to respond or answer calls. Waste of time signing up! Rubbish customer service!!

Never using this company again!

We signed up with xepos told we are paying for a system up front were never informed after a year we would have to pay instalments to keep the software working. Felt like we have been hoodwinked. Also we have been waiting a very long time for a refund. Originally we were sold the product that it would be working with our shopify website this has never been a working feature. I would advise not to use xepos
