Terrible service, terminals aren’t usable. Company promised the world and delivered next to nothing and refuse to cancel and allow me to return. AVOID like the plague!!

I bought till August middle of month when I asked about barcode included on system before delivery sales guy told us soon as system arrived nothing included any barcode I keep call technical department will short out since August now September still not uploaded any barcode now I m fed up so yesterday put cancellation request today ask £150 for charge I don’t see like this Epos I will take them court as well then they understand otherwise never understand I have requested to all shopkeeper never buy system with company even they give free

Today, my XePOS system had an issue connecting to the card machine, but it was sorted out very quickly. The XePOS worker, Nimra, was professional and made communication very easy. My issue is fully resolved

AVOID this company. XEPOS / Birmingham EPOS - they’ll harass you constantly even when you’ve cancelled your account and have paid the cancellation fee. They have the screenshots proving the payment has been made (months ago) and have even emailed back to confirm the account is closed, and yet they continue to send threatening emails to us. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Avoid this company. Keep away from them.

I could have given 0 if there was a zero. All the reviews which are removed were not fake. I don’t know how they decide what is fake what is not. These stupid companies ask to remove the reviews which don’t go in their favour. XE POS is the worst company I have dealt with. Our contract is ended in August and they still want us to keep paying for their shit which stoped working long time ago and they didn’t sort it out. We still payed until our contract was ended but they keep sending emails and calls telling us there is overdue amount to pay. I was king enough to pay for contract but they thought I am stupid and they can loot me. Please don’t go for them and waste your precious time and money on this bullshit company.

I would strongly caution other business owners before dealing with XEPOS.

My original XEPOS term for Townsgate Cleaners ended, and I had already instructed their account team that I wanted the service cancelled and did not want to continue. Despite this, XEPOS renewed the service and took money from my credit card without my authorization.

I am now having to spend my time contacting them to cancel a service I had already told them I did not want and to request a refund for the charge.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a business service provider. Customers should not have to fight to stop a service they have already asked to cancel.

I am requesting a full refund and written confirmation that the account is cancelled and that there will be no further charges.

My experience has been extremely poor, and I would not recommend XEPOS to other small-business owners based on how this matter has been handled.

The customer service was excellent even if working remotely, thank you again to Nimra for all your assistance very much appreciated 🙏

Had quite a few issues with initial setup and configuration of how we needed our till, every time I've messaged on the WhatsApp, XEPos have logged on within 2-4 minutes.. every time and they've resolved our issues! Can't thank them enough for the speedy support. May it continue! Thanks Nimra and the team!

Nimra sorted our problems with till in 40 mins. I was on 24th July after nearly 3hrs texting someone and missing an appointment. Not fixed. It was nice to have someone sail through it and fix it.

They missold the product because the staff didn’t have proper knowledge and support they stop replying where they feel they stuck . They mis sold me and then i am emailing them again and again for my refund and arrange their pick up of system but no reply and coustmer service they just said you need to contact this email and start arguing that i am wrong and they are perfectly fine and when it comes to that point that why that promotion function isn’t working they just said we have that data only .
