Customer service is horrendous! Made payment for a system and nearly 4 weeks now and still chasing.

Zubeir and Jade haven’t responded to me for weeks now. Customers services just Fobb you off. Was reassured a manager would contact me still nothing.

Really regret purchasing through this company.

Wouldn’t recommend it - the support isn’t great from get go and neither is the customer services.

Update :
I refused to take the system delivery due to it being 3.5weeks late and have failed on numerous occasions speaking to any management team. I have now cancelled all my cards and blocked the company from my account too!

Don’t do it! It’s to cheap to be true!! Trust me. Customer service is appalling!

I wonder is Farat knows how bad her companies services is?

No one replies back to WhatsApp or emails. All very very unhelpful and useless.

AVOID!!!. We haven’t received our card payments in over a month. We’ve just been getting past from pillar to post. Absolutely useless! The customer support is shocking. I’ve been calling up daily for the last 4 weeks. Yes Daily! The stress I have endured and still am is out of this world. Absolute scandalous! Still no further on. We have provided all relevant and requested information yet a month later still nothing. Save yourself the stress and hassle and avoid at all costs..
