The 3 stars are for the way the watch looks and the wow factor when someone new looks at it. This is where it ends. As there is no way to lock the minute dial, any accidental touch to the dial would mean the minutes move, and that means you no longer can tell the time. So really a watch that is good to look at but serves no function. Next, the watch is only accurate for the first 6 hours. then it loses minutes and by the next day, it is an hour slow. Thus though I would have given the watch 3 starts, the poor function and design means this gets only 1 star. Literally, a waste of money as a watch, a wonderful display piece as it gets conversations going.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service.
I have ordered a Trappist-1 NASA Edition Cosmic Nebula
The glass became totally scratched and ugly after a few occasions of wearing, despite my husband wore it with maximum care and only for special occasions, and the watch completely stopped working after 6 months.
I want to return the watch to get a refund, but they say I should have returned it within 1 month.

We do try to be up front and let customers know that we are unable to take back worn and used items. It sounds like this is a warranty issue, rather than a return issue, as returns are for new items, within the 30 day timeframe as posted here: https://www.xeric.com/a/returns
We're still happy to send a brand new crystal and batteries as discussed. Please let us know where you would like those shipped and we'll get them out as soon as possible!

This is a beautiful product, I just wish the review process was more incremental so I could give a higher score. The only reason this is not a 5 is the international delivery process. I live in Australia, the watch shipped straight away from California, then got lost when it crossed international borders into Australia & I assume sat in customs for close to 2 weeks? There was no way to track it when it left US. I know it’s tough to cover the shipping experience worldwide, but felt the need to highlight this to improve the customer experience. If you ignore the Australian customs experience, this is a great product & great service

Depending on the courier, sometimes we're able to get better updates. Usually that delay happens during the customs process, as you mentioned. It's really a bummer that it's not more streamlined worldwide. We are still committed to our customers and really hope that the watch you received was well worth it! Well after many correspondences I finally got my watch in the mail today, May 19 2021. The watch is stunning. Seeing that these are numbered, I'm lucky to have one of the first round 1 of 75 made. A very cool time piece.

Vendetta review
I pre-ordered this watch in Autumn 2020 - it took time to arrive but its certainly a worthwhile purchase. Things take time to be made and I understand this. Time was well spent in design and manufacture. The only thing to add would be a locking pusher to the crown but this is a very small quibble. Excellent watch, excellent service. I will support again the future.

The mystery watches can be a gamble. We have some small production pieces that are one of a kind, and other items that were part of previous collections. They are definitely worth more than the price, and we do welcome the feedback. Mystery items can be hit or miss but we always ALWAYS appreciate the support!

Fantastic watch, just don't preorder and expect it soon.
I was really disappointed to have to wait over 6 months before having received by Xeric Vendetta Automatic. This was never communicated to me prior to or within the first few months after my purchase. I did not know nor expect it to take this long. However, once received I am happy with it after owning it for one day. Appearance is top notch, buckle similar to my Hublot Fusion, time keeping is fairly accurate. I don't like that it is not a screw down type as just wearing the watch enables movement of the minute hand crown so I frequently have to move it several times daily. Would be nice if they could improve on the water resistance of the watch to say 10 atm's.

Fantastic Service!
It was very easy to purchase and the customer service was AMAZING! I used a promo code and then one popped up not more than 30 minutes later that was better. I contacted customer service and they were able to refund me the difference. That type of service is what keeps customers!

Great Product, bad shipping experience.
It seems the import/export documents where not included or were not filled out correctly. When it arrived in Germany, the German customs office informed me that it wasn't right and that I had to provide the receipt of my purchase so the import taxes could be calculated. I sent that to them and then when I was told it was okay to be picked up I attempted to pick it up but they had lost the package. I reported the package lost via Route, but thankfully after some time they found the package and sent it to me. Please makes sure the correct paperwork is included in the future because all of this could have been avoided if were. I was lucky this time that is was found. I have ordered from Xeric in the past and this didn't happen, I was just delivered the package with a bill. I will order from Xeric again, hopefully this was just an accident that someone made and won't happen often. Everything else was great.

Hey Jacob! Thanks for the information and feedback. All countries handle customs a little bit differently. We do always include the standard forms that are required, but occasionally the government in the destination country wants to verify the amount paid for the full shipment. They are just making sure that we didn't lower the values to also lower your customs duties. We wish that customs officials were more consistent, so this definitely doesn't happen every time. Bought a blood moon hagiography new with tags on ebay, but when I contacted them to fill out warantee, they refused, and said they wouldnt warantee it. Contacted ebay, and going to tighten the screws on these losers. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS!
You are frauds selling the cheapest junk you can qualify as an automatic movement that does not get calibrated. I wouldnt own one of your watches if it was given to me. Luckily the seller from eBay accepted my return
THESE PEOPLE ARE A GREAT BIG FRAUD CHARGING 500 BUCKS FOR A CHEAP ASIAN MOVEMENT IN A DOLLED UP DIAL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDS!!!

Pawn shops, eBay and other bidding sites will often sell items as new, or like-new, without the original purchase information. They have a responsibility to let their customers know up front that warranty information is not provided.
