Bought a M1 machine some time ago and…

Bought a M1 machine some time ago and started using it recently. I´m not leaving a 1 star review because I find the camera capabilities useful for planning your cuts and engravings, but that´s all. The almost 1000 euros I paid are not justified at all with a software that has a marketplace with most items hidden behind a coin system paywall. You want use a remove background feature for engraving in the software? That´s also behind a paywall. Its wireless capabilities are lost every power cycle on the machine, saying other way, it "forgets" the wifi settings every time you power it off completely, which is essential since it has a constant circuit or fan noise in iddle. So if you´re planning like me to configure it once and leave it on a different room connected to your pc via wifi, be mindful that you will need to re-configure it via USB every time power goes off. So, i´m not recommending this product at all. There are many other machines for half the price running on open software that will make you feel like you made the right purchase. Also, most of the reviews I see seems to be written by AI as other users comment.

Hannah, The none pushing support emloyee!

Hannah, my support agent was not pushing to make a quick sale. She was really helpfull and took all the time I needed to decide which model to buy.

I emailed the company that my dropbox link wasn't working. Return mail, with correct link came in 22 minutes later.

I will order a machine, thanks to the unbelievable support I received from Hannah!

Very Professionnal !

I had an issue with my Xtool D1Pro 40w. 2years and 1 week after buying it, the laser stopped to work.

After talking with the after sale service, Xtool has decided to change the head. i recieve it on 3 days.

Perfect response, better than i was hoping. Thanks Xtool !

I had a great experience with xTool

I had a great experience with xTool. Their customer support was fast and professional — they sent me a replacement laser head the very next day after confirming the issue.

As a business buyer, I also appreciated being able to purchase the machine VAT-free.

Delivery took a bit longer, but that’s understandable for such a large and valuable item.

Overall, xTool is reliable, efficient, and supportive. Highly recommended!

Watch them cupons you get canceled!!!

I think gear they sell is ok, business model and service however is on another level.
Everything is overpriced so they can play discount game. Issues start when you get too many discounts. Orders will get canceled with no explanation, and when you ask; its a system glitch. That is after contract was made, payment completed and invoice issued. All this after you give away all your personal data. If you think there is any return period like 30 days... well there is but at the cost of 30% plus shiping back. Now giving their products are priced in £1000s 30% is quite steep...
Waste of time!
Full of shady promises, breaking contracts as see fit.
I was ready to go full in with Xtool aiming to invest £10k starting fresh business with more to follow. Ended up with trust issues and loss of time and money.
So, thats me done for life with xtool.

La S1 20w avec tête IR 2w, meilleur choix .

La S1 20w avec tête IR 2w est le choix idéal, finesse du travail pour les deux modules. Le kit rotary complète admirablement la machine, avec le tout "tout est possible". très bonne aide de la part du service Xtool !
Petit manque au rajout de la rehausse pour le rotary : il faut créer des cales pour rehausser le nid d'abeille au niveau haut (petite pièce à graver), ajouter une tôle de protection sur le fond afin de préserver l'originale.
Traduire la bibliothèque en Français ne serait pas un luxe. Le logiciel de la marque fonctionne très bien mais il devrait avoir la possibilité d'imprimer directement les images traitées avec Image R sans ajouter un deuxième tramage par celui-ci, de ce fait, on perd le résultat voulu, la seule solution est de charger une image HD directement avec le bon format et DPI. Mais je suis certain que cela va s'arranger, Xtool est au top !

mir wurde ein gebrauchtes Set zugestellt. Alle Kartons waren schonmal geöffnet und wurden wieder zugeklebt. Der Filter ist stark verschmutzt und stinkt. UPDATE: zumindest scheint der Kundenservice sehr bemüht zu sein das Problem zu lösen. UPUPDATE: der neue Laser ist angekommen und funktioniert einwandfrei

S1 40W with IR laser

Bought an S1 40W with IR laser and rotary. After a few weeks and some minor usage the IR laser didn't work anymore. I contacted support and within 3 days i had a new module in the Netherlands to use!

Muy disgustada con la atención al…

Muy disgustada con la atención al cliente y gatantia. Compré una xtool D1 20 pro.

Desde que la empecé a usar no funciona correctamente, no corta, o corta con infinitas pasadas, me descentra todo, y se para durante los procesos.

Llevo reclamando meses, y ellos me dicen haz esto haz lo otro...y no funciona nada.

No tiene más de 7 meses, y da problemas desde el principio.

Ahora me dicen que no me la pueden cambiar por otra máquina porque han dejado de existir la serie D.

Que me la reparan.

Yo he pagado por una máquina nueva hace menos de un año, no me ha funcionado nunca, y me tengo que conformar con una máquina reparada que no se cuanto durará.

Deberían de mandarme una nueva máquina si no es la D una con unas características parecidas, y yo devolver está.

Porque he pagado por una máquina nueva !!! Y no poco !

Puedo hacer casi cualquier proyecto que imagine con madera de hasta 3mm y tiene una calidad de corte excepcional.
También corto algún metacrilato y puedo hacer todas las opciones de un plotter de corte como cortar papel, cartón y vinilos.
Tengo ganas de probar la F1. Espero que pueda ser pronto.
Recomiendo la M1 sin duda 👍

xTool F1 Review: A Powerful and Fast Laser Engraver for Precision Work

I recently purchased the xTool F1 laser engraver and would like to share my personal experience. From the outset, I was impressed by the company’s professionalism and the swift handling of my order. The shipping was remarkably fast, and the product arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

The xTool F1 is a compact and portable device, yet incredibly powerful. The combination of a 10W diode laser and a 2W infrared laser has allowed me to work on a variety of materials, from wood to metal, achieving precise and detailed engravings. The engraving speed is impressive, reaching up to 4000 mm/s, which has significantly increased my productivity.

One aspect I particularly appreciated is the ease of use of the xTool Creative Space software. Even without extensive prior experience, I was able to quickly start my projects thanks to its intuitive interface and numerous available options. Additionally, the auto-focus function made the process even simpler, ensuring optimal results on different surfaces.

However, after several months of intensive use, I encountered some issues. The laser began engraving unevenly, leaving blank spots that affected the final outcome. Moreover, the control button showed signs of malfunction, especially during double-tap operations for multiple engravings and during focusing. Despite these inconveniences, xTool’s customer support was responsive and helpful in providing assistance.

Overall, the xTool F1 has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and versatility. It has become an essential tool in my workshop, enabling me to create customized projects with ease and precision. I highly recommend this laser engraver to anyone seeking quality and reliability in a portable device.
