Excellent product and excellent returns procedure, only returned as they were the wrong size but very happy with the replacements

Quality product! Great fit and very comfortable to wear all day.

These are some of the comfiest boots I've ever worn. I walked around a mile in them the first time I wore them with zero issues. I have sensitive feet and usually wear specially made insoles, but these have been fine as they are. No rubbing and my feet feel well supported. They're definitely waterproof, too. Fabulous!

Very comfortable boots and look cool but they are not ‘extra tough’ - had them less than a week on a sailing holiday and glue has failed around the toe and rubber has started to discolour! This is the second pair I’ve had issues with - Xtratuf seem to be having problems with quality control. Will contact customer services.

A very mixed experience with Xtratuf.

I’ve owned a pair of boots before - loved them, they lasted over two years of very hard labour, but time came to replace them. Bought a new pair in the sale and they split after just two weeks.

Customer services agreed it was a product fault.

They immediately offered a refund. Which was great. But, I wanted a replacement pair of boots. Fair enough request I felt, but after back and forth of over 5 emailed replies, they offered me a credit note but my boots weren’t in stock. Neither were two other similar pairs, so not only could they not replace them or a near a-like, they couldn’t offer me a credit note there and then, I now have to scan the website for when they are back in stock and then apply for my credit note.

I understand that they can’t help the faulty boots, but they could have immediately offered to send a replacement or a credit note to cover the cost of the boots that are now out of the sale. They could have also offered to send the boots once back in stock. It was like getting blood out of a stone.

I think this is poor service for a ‘premium wellies’ brand. Not very premium service.

Love the boots but not the experience.

My ankle boots developed a leak after two months which was due to a manufacturing fault.
Xtratuf customer service was excellent and they swiftly sorted a full refund.

Super customer service but gutted that the boots are not waterproof or extra tough.
Not sure whether to risk another pair or not, the search continues…

My boots started to develop a small hole after 12 months. I contacted customer service with pictures and they immediately identified it as a manufacturing fault and gave me a full refund without any question. I will be immediately be buying another pair beacause they are an amazing product

Swift delivery, well packaged and great design! The boots are very comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Love how they look and how easy they are to clean.

Apparently the rubber boot cracking and failing after 3 months of use on rainy days only is considered "fair wear and tear" on £115 Wellies. Happened with both mine and my partners boots. Shame as they are very nice colours but not at £115 for just 3 months wear.

Had given these a great review to friends and family when first purchased these last spring as nice designs, comfortable and easy to take off. Cleaned and stored after a few weeks use until winter and then didn't last long once actually using them :(

My order was delivered really quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The boots are really comfortable and warm while being lightweight. I can't wait to try them out in the cold weather.

I love my boots. Great fit, quality and great colour. Perfect. Easy to order. I ordered two colours as I was unsure which colour I liked best. Return process was also straightforward. The only thing I would have found helpful, is more pictures of the model actually wearing the boot. There were a lot of the boot itself, but only one pic with the model wearing it. I like to see how an item looks when worn. The colour of the boot also looked very different between the one model pic, and the boot on its own, hence my uncertainty re the colour. This is the one thing you could improve on. But that’s a simple fix. The product itself is 10 out of 10.

The wellie boot cleaner arrived as described and has worked well. As always it's good to follow instructions carefully to get the best result.

i placed an order and received it. there is a missing item from the package. I bought 2 of the same thing but only received 1.
I have been trying to contact the company for a day now and no answer, I sent emails, text, chats and stayed on the phone for hours. Still no answer

Boots are comfy, fun and functional! Delivered swiftly and no hassle.

Previously I've given a poor review for Xtratuf due to poor longevity of boots and poor customer service. After which the company reached out to me to replace my second or third pair of deck boots which cracked over the toes within 6 months. So they pulled it back for customer service, but still no improvement in quality - the replaceet cracked within 3 months. But as I said in that review the boots are really comfy and Xtratuf one of the few companies that provide colourful wellies for grownups. This review however relates to Ice deck boots which I got for Christmas. We are currenlty going through an icey spell and the boots have preformed brilliantly. Feet are warm and I haven't fallen on the ice, which is a great bonus. The boots are rugged, warm and have good slip resistance. The only down side is the limited colour range - something in pink would be great. No idea how long they will ,but currently very happy with them.
