Yao Secret Opiniões 

I have used the products for a while and like them.
But then they sent me the wrong item and I needed to contact their customer services.
Their customer services is non-existent.
This problem should have been fixed with a simple email to their support email.
I emailed stating their error and including a photo as proof - no reply.
I tried to contact through Facebook messenger - I got told by a bot to email the support email I had already used.
I sent a message through their website contact form - no reply.
I sent yet another email to the support address - no reply.
So I have now attempted to contact customer services 4 times via 3 different routes. I have received no response whatsoever. It is now two weeks since I sent the first email.
This is totally unacceptable.
I will not continue to support this business if they can’t be bothered to provide appropriate customer service and correct their mistakes. Very poor indeed.

Yao secrets, de producten zijn prima. Helaas begin er niet aan je krijgt ongevraagd bestellingen thuis. Elke maand sturen ze automatisch producten af en halen het geld via paypal van je rekening af. Ik heb meerdere keren aangegeven dit niet te doen helaas geen reactie van yao secrets.

The Yao Secret Facial bar is amazing! I wasn't sure how it would do with older dry skin (I'm 63) but was thrilled with the results. It left my skin feeling soft and supple! If Yao Secret Facial Bar can do that for me, imagine how younger skin will benefit!!

I have a subscription to the shampoo bars. It has been the best product for my hair type - fine, straight, asian hair. I find my scalp health is better and my hair is much healthier with less breakage. Cannot recommend their products enough. I also love the economic value of not wasting as much shampoo as using liquid products and their eco friendly packaging. I have also used their fermented rice treatment from time to time as well.

I have been using Yao Secret for almost 2 years now. And I am so glad I found Yao Secret. It completely solved the shedding problem as my hair is waist-level. I even learnt how to adjust to soap bars for hair just because of Yao Secret. Delivery has never been an issue for Yao Secret's team as the shipping is immediate. Any delays are from the 3rd party logistics company. That's why I order 2 sets at a time, well in advance.

Good for use once week. Not more for african 3c hair type.

My package never arrived and I'm still waiting for a response from Yao regarding my refund, even though I've written to them a couple of times and haven't received a reply. Their customer service is very poor and I'll probably have to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

This shampoo and conditioner were very good and made my hair feel soft and somehow thicker.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Meine Bestellung wurde nicht geliefert, obwohl sie als zugestellt markiert wurde. Der Kundenservice war wenig hilfsbereit und es wurde keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten.

Zusätzlich fiel mir auf, dass die Möglichkeit, Produkte zu bewerten, nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice nicht mehr verfügbar war, obwohl zuvor eine Bewertungseinladung vorlag.

Insgesamt wirkt der Umgang mit Problemen und Feedback wenig transparent. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen.

I have fine & thin hair. I have been looking for something/anything that might slow the hair loss/thinning when I comb/brush my hair after shampooing. I read about fermented rice water and have tried several that I bought online, but I was not impressed. I watched a video about the Yao secret and thought 1 more try, and WOW I am so glad I did. From day 1, I could see the difference the Fermented rice water made. I lost maybe a quarter of the normal amount I lose, I will definitely be buying much more. I can not wait to try the Shampoo and conditioner bars.

Great healthy combs and shampoo/conditioner bars.

I really love the organic feel these hair products have. I love the shampoo bar, makes my hair feel lovely and also comes with a net with the bar which is handy. My shampoo bar lasts a long time.

I also brought the leave in conditioner as well, which made my hair so soft.

Amazing the best thing for hair care

Echt de producten van Yao Secret zijn echt geweldig.
Ik heb nu ook de Shower Brush en de Wooden Fine Tooth Detangling Comb gekocht, en er echt super blij mee echt geweldige producten.
Ik raad een ieder aan hier te kijken en te kopen.

I brought the products and they arrived in good time but sadly I had an allergic reaction to the items. I emailed twice, got no reply and eventually had to open a case via PayPal to get a refund. Yao were very apologetic when they finally emailed me. They were really good and agreed to refund me and not charge a restocking fee as I had a reaction however it has now been over a week since they received the products back and I am still having to chase for the refund through Paypal who have opened the case.

The allergic reaction was not their fault so I can't comment on the products but the service I have experienced so far has been really poor.

Update: the day after I posted this I got a refund.

I purchased 3 times already the products and so far it’s my favourite shampoo and conditioner. I was looking for natural product and these products are amazing! It does something really magical to my hair, i stopped loosing the hair, so much new hair growth and hold volume so well as l have really fine hair. I love love love this product. It’s a bit expensive compared to regular shampoos and the bars a bit small but knowing the natural ingredients and what it does to my hair I’m willing to pay the price
