I received a lime tree from Yarden as a gift and wanted to make sure it would thrive and give me limes. So I got on and ordered the citrus tree care kit, found the price to be reasonable for what I was getting. Now to why I had to take away stars. Shipping took way longer than it should have.. and I didn’t receive any information about when my product would ship or arrive! This day and age everything is tracked that is shipped share this information with your customers!
Now to the worst part. This kit arrived I opened it wanting to get started right away in the care of my tree, but WOW are the directions super VAGUE and unhelpful!!! They give you very general and broad information on what to do, but not helpful tips. Spray the tree with the mixture added to water.. okay is this toxic to my other plants/pets etc. NO idea and NO helpful information! Add this to the soil, but don’t let it touch the trunk, so don’t mix it with the soil? And how do I keep it from touching the trunk? What happens if it touches the trunk? NO idea NO helpful information again! Spray this one on the tree if the leaves look like this, but not with the buds, okay again is it toxic to other plants, kids, pets. NO idea…the spray ones require a lot of water to mix with them and again don’t explain if I do this wrong what will happen to my tree. Or if I have extra spray can I keep using it? If this kit is to help homeowners be successful then it needs to have specific and direct information, a way to ask questions and in truth have almost idiot proof directions. Not because we as customers are idiots but those of us new to citrus trees want to succeed and that is hard when directions give vague information. Tried the website NO additional information anywhere about the things in the kit. So you sell me a kit to help me with my tree but offer NO additional resources for help, within the kit or on your website. The citrus tree kit has basic do this or that information and you have to just hope your doing it right that what your doing is safe for other plants, pets, kids and even better your tree if you do something wrong now your $40+ dollar tree is dead. This is super disappointing and again makes for poor customer service.

My dwarf myer lemon tree arrived perfectly intact, and was a full, very healthy plant.
Ill be back.
PS: all my questions before and after purchased were always answered within one business day - nice.

I ordered a 2-3 ft pink variegated standard lemon tree, but I received a 14 inch bushy plant. I assumed this was just a mistake, but when contacting customer service, I was told that I received the correct tree, it was just shorter than promised. I paid 74.95 for a 2-3 ft TREE. I was offered a 25 adjustment. Extremely disappointed in how this was resolved and being told I did received a tree, even though the picture I sent in clearly showed the plant as a bush.

My tree seems to be very healthy, Soil was moist, and the leaves bright green and soft. Also very quick delivery.

Most all of the plants that I have bought have arrived in great shape. The one that arrived in bad shape was somehow delayed in transit but did recover. Yarden was going to send me a replacement plant if the plant didn't, recover.

I purchased a Meiwa Sweet Kumquat Tree. The tree arrived in very good condition. The FedEx shipping was excellent; the tree was obviously handled with care. Yarden communication was excellent, with frequent updates and tracking. Overall, a five-star experience.

You sent me the wrong product and have not returned any of my emails to customer support, but you have the gall to send me a questionnaire asking how you did? Poorly

They have good products and delivered in a timely manner.

Plant looks terrible. Many leaves looked burnt - possibly from cold temperatures during shipping. Half the leaves have fallen off. Not sure if it will survive. Perhaps you should have put a cold hold on this one too

When I called to ask where my tracking email was they were very friendly and helpful .the plant,olive tree arrived in short order and is very healthy.I may get some olives this year as the plant has buds and flowers.thisplant is right within the 4'/5' range as described.I will buy from yarden again!

Excellent condition, healthy. Fast delivery

I ordered a dwarf Myers lemon tree. It took some time to get any updates about the status of my order. However, once the tree was in transit, I got some updates that gave me a general idea of the location of the tree. The tree was in a FedEx facility over the weekend without an explanation of why it wasn’t being delivered. Luckily, the tree was delivered early Monday morning.

I ordered a citrus tree and it arrived in 2 weeks! Much faster than expected.

It arrived earlier than expected, the lemon tree was packed very well and arrived nice and healthy and ready to plant.

Never received item and didn’t receive a refund

When I received my pink lemon tree was floored. It was so well packed that I could not believe the care that was put into the packaging of the plant and then the paperwork that came with the plant was the Cherry on the top I made up my mind right then and there that I would always purchase my trees from Yarden, thank you so much!
