No Instructions/No labeling/Online instruction are terrible

Sent me the greenhouse I ordered with no instructions. The instructions online are absolutely terrible. It might as well be in chinese. Half the parts are not labeled. I have already emailed yitahomes. I better get my refund. It says on the website if you open it it's nonrefundable, that better not be the case. I opened the purchase and no instructions. And if I do get a refund I have to pay 25 percent of full price and shipping costs. So I got robbed.

A part was missing from the bed frame I ordered. I got in contact with the manufacturer and they took care of the situation for me. The reps I had communication with were friendly and understanding.

Yita Home: A Warranty Worth Less Than the Paper It's Printed On

If you're considering purchasing a Yita Home product, be prepared for a customer service experience that's about as pleasant as stepping on a rusty nail. I recently purchased their 260-gallon deck box (one of FOUR I've bought from them – fool me once, shame on you; fool me four times… well, you get the picture). This last one arrived with a missing part – a tiny metal ring essential for the locking mechanism. You'd think a company with a "12-month warranty" would be eager to resolve such a minor issue. Think again.

Instead of a simple "no problem, we'll send you the part," I was sent on a wild goose chase through a bureaucratic maze that would make Kafka proud. First, they couldn't find my order, even though I provided multiple order numbers and receipts. Then, they insisted I contact Wayfair (where I purchased the box) to "raise a ticket," despite the fact that their warranty makes no mention of this ridiculous requirement. I even offered to pay for the missing part, but they still refused.

The kicker? They claim they can't help me because I didn't contact them "through the platform." Apparently, their warranty only applies if you perform some arcane ritual involving carrier pigeons and a sacrificial goat.

Here's a summary of Yita Home's "customer service" strategy:

Ignore: Pretend they can't find your order, even when presented with irrefutable evidence.
Deflect: Blame the retailer and force you to jump through hoops.
Frustrate: Make the process so convoluted that you eventually give up.
The end result? I returned the defective box, wasting my time and costing Yita Home far more in return shipping than the 50-cent part they refused to send. They lost a loyal customer (and potentially many more, thanks to my online reviews and complaints to various consumer agencies) over a piece of metal smaller than a dime.

Bottom line: Yita Home's warranty is worthless, and their customer service is an insult to anyone who values their time and sanity. Do yourself a favor and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products.

TERRIBLE company

TERRIBLE company! Go somewhere else for your purchase. Cheap flimsy materials backed up by horrible customer service. If you put together your piece of shit from this place and are missing something or something is damaged they will NOT ship you a new part. You need to take it all apart and send back even if its a plastic insert for a hole. Couldn't be more pissed off! The materials are as cheap as a company can buy and will not last long either.

mist HORRIBLE purchase EVER!

From delivery to attempting to put this thing together… I truly believe I’ve loss days off my ENTIRE LIFE SPAN!!! 66lbs and I had to carry this up three flights my self (I’m 54 and female).

Holes were either nit there or didn’t line up AT ALL! I do not own, kniw how to operate nor have access to a DRILL!! Sooo much to negatively say about this and sooooo little care to do so!!

I’m about three days away from writing the BBB on this but waiting to decide if that’s even worth it!! Of course I can’t send it back cause of weight and pickup because it’ll cost more to send it back than what I paid for it!!! SHAME and DISGUST on ALL who had a hand in the logistics, structure and idea to even build this thing!!!

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. If it looks too good to be true, it is. Save your hard earned money and time and shop elsewhere. This company is not accredited, customer service is non existent when you reach out. After getting charged for a piece of furniture, the tracking information showed an “exception” and the merchandise has not moved for days. No response to email or phone call to customer service to try and resolve. Always directed to leave a message to a generic voice box and no one responds. Online chat also ran me in circles. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank.

Horrible customer service experience/Poor business practices

I purchased a electric recliner with a remote control. The remote is the only way to use any of the functions of the chair. There is no way to operate the basic functions manually. I called to BUY a remote and was told it was discontinued and I could not BUY a replaced however if I had the extended warranty I would be able to get one!! That is insane. I asked if there were models that had SIMILAR motors which may have a remote that might fit and the representative gave me the same response practically word for word. Basically telling me my $500 recliner was junk and useless.

Update, the company has reached out and refunded the cost of the original purchase. This is not what I asked for. I wanted to buy a replica for the remote for the chair. I never asked for a monetary amount nor expected one. However since the offered I accepted their offer and the issue has been resolved.

I would only rate this chair 4 stars

The color of the chair was as advertised. The lift function works well, and the heating feature is pretty nice too. The massage capabilities are better than some other chairs. However, the remote control pockets don't seem very secure. The size is a bit larger than expected. Overall, it is a "NOT-BAD" chair.

A great choice for a teenage daugther

The size of this item greatly exceeded my expectations, and I was pleased to find that the full shipment was undamaged upon receipt. The individual components were treated with the utmost attention, resulting in a final product that is remarkably sturdy. My daughter is delighted by the ample storage space inside, as well as the additional hanging area behind it. The quality is superb, and it pivots flawlessly in the corner. I'm seriously considering getting another one for my other daughter.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had an awful experience and wasted 3 days trying to get a return or credit for a defective makeup vanity that weighs 150 lbs. Their customer service is absolutely terrible—unhelpful and dismissive. They told me I would have to pay for shipping to return their defective product, even though it arrived with missing and broken parts. To make matters worse, they refuse to honor their warranty. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!

JUNK JUNK JUNK - YITAHOME 8x10ft Resin Storage Structure, bought via Amazon

The plastic used is poor quality, the dimensions are off enough that the walls are longer than the floor frame in 2!! places, the roof panels aren't long enough to ACTUALLY COVE THE ROOF.

I took a video showing the multiple fitment issues. YITAHOME actually removed the product from their Amazon store page, replacing the product with something else while using the same link. Dirty dirty dirty.

Too many negative reviews on this shed that I overlooked when buying it. And since it's sunday, I have to wait another day just for them to tell me I'm out of the warranty period (broke my wrist and wasn't able to build anything for a month).

So now I'm out $1,200 and I have a partially built shed that's just utterly useless.

If there was a star LOWER than 1, I would have given it.

If there was a star LOWER than 1 ~ I would go there! IF you purchase from this company, be in for the worst customer service EVER! We purchased a NEW large deck box from an auction. The box was NEW in the ORIGINAL box, but no assembly parts. We tried everything to get to purchase parts to put this box together. To NO AVAIL...the ONE way to get ahold of the "company" is through a chat. That "human contact representative" refuses to understand that I DO NOT HAVE an order or tracking number. I just want to purchase the assembly parts. Which has brought me here. Apparently they DO NOT sell assembly parts. So BEWARE, if your box ever has a broken part....you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE IT. Take this in consideration when purchasing a product of theirs.....however you purchase it.

DO NOT BUY- they don’t stand behind their product

Bought two nightstands from them. The holes for the drawers were drilled on the wrong side on one and too low on the other so both nightstands are unusable. I called the company to try and get replacement parts. Their response was since I bought the item through Amazon it wasn’t their problem. Amazon obviously doesn’t have replacement parts so I’m stuck with two useless hunks of garbage. I’m currently working with Amazon to try and get them out of my house. DO NOT BUY!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you buy a product from this company, beware. Very sad customer service. They will not replace any parts for your gazebo. They actually told me to go get the parts from somewhere else. It's their product! Pathetic customer service. Do not buy these products.

Thing before you buy 5-dresser from YITAHOME

I purchased a 5-dresser from them and the only problem is if you damage the fabric drawers they don't offer a way to replace them. I suggest anyone thinking of purchasing an item give it a second thought. I have the dresser but no way to replace the drawers. I have been searching the web and coming up empty. So I suggest looking for an item that you can get replacement drawers for. I purchased the item from Amazon 6/10/21. I have the frame but no drawers. Guess I will keep looking.

Horrible Service

I received a YITAHOME waterproof deck box as a gift. After assembling, I realized there were a couple of small but critical parts missing. Like some of the other reviewers that tried reaching customer service, the help line dropped me multiple times and I sat on the "live chat" for over 40 minutes waiting for an agent.

On the 5th try I was connected to live agent. After explaining my situation, the agent asked for a tracking number. I reminded her that this was a gift, so I didn't have a tracking number. Despite having all the relevant information, I was told that without the tracking number she could not help me.

Apparently the customer support process is more important that actual customer support. These parts likely cost pennies! How tough would it have been to throw some in a bag and stick it in the mail. Instead I will have to head to the local hardware store to see if I can jury-rig a solution from generic parts.

If you expect decent customer service for products selling for a couple hundred dollars, I suggest you avid YITAHOME.

Update To Review:
After receiving a response from the company for the poor customer service experience, I was asked to reach back out to a customer service agent that could assist me. Once again, I received the company line that they could not help me without a tracking number. The agent even had the audacity to tell me to go to the hardware store to see if I can buy the parts I need...and then thank me for my understanding. No, thank you YITAHOME, for wasting my time with your phony response that you'll rectify the situation.

Defective part, phony customer service

I ordered a book shelf through Amazon (Yita Home product). Upon assembling the shelf, I realized that two of the metal parts were defected, the holes had not been punched out, which made it impossible to put the screws in to secure the shelves. Amazon informed me that I would have to replace the entire book shelf, as they were not able to replace a single part. They encouraged me to reach out to the seller directly. When I did, I quickly realized that the customer service “phone number” was a phony. Additionally, the “live chat” was phony as well, no response after waiting for over an hour. No response via email either. I am planning on reporting to the better business bureau.
