Helpful help desk

Multiple orders cancelled
Ordered from the website, it went through okay, then a day later I got an email saying the item was out of stock. I then ordered something something different a few days later and the exact same thing happened. I emailed to say this was frustrating and they never replied. At least they did refund me.

This situation is not reflective of the service we aim to provide. We have recently been updating our inventory system, and unfortunately, this has caused delays in stock accuracy and response times. The price was why I brought this…
The price was why I brought this product. It was despatched quickly but took longer than estimated to arrive by a few days. It's instructions for use are simple enough to follow & it's relatively comfortable to wear once moulded although this process is not precise.
