I have not received the instruments that I ordered up till today
I am still awaiting resolution of this issue
YNR have sent me a photo of where they supposedly delivered my good which is definitely not my clinic and they have refused to refund or replace the equipment. I will have to escalate to trading standards.

YNR always respond very quickly to an order, dispatch is invariably within 24 hours and they give regular updates. The quality of the products is generally very high.

The price was very reasonable ( down from £70 to £30).
In all honesty I certainly wouldn’t have paid £70 for it but I would probably have paid £40 or more.
I am a UCP but if I were an ENT Consultant I would have paid a lot more than that to get what you pay for.
Overall it’s great for my level of skills and at that level it makes a very good buy.

It cut great right out of the pouch. Needed to cut a fringe in a wig and it had no issues

I specifically selected an N95 mask, but received something else. Feeling like I’ve been scammed.

It’s absolutely useless doesn’t even cut .. the cheap one I got from eBay is ten times better.

Everything was very good except for the long wait between placing my order and actually receiving the masks. The order was placed on 4th May, delivery was today, 19th May. I hadn't expected this. It may be an idea to let people know in advance that you ship from abroad. The masks seems to be of good quality.

I found the add a little misleading as there was a picture of 4 different file heads/ attatchments on the file i ordered i then found out it just has the 2 sides and is well built but is quite small.
Needs to specify exactly what you are buying which is a file with 2 sides

The delivery was quicker than expected and the product was much better than I thought it would be. Over all it was excellent.

I purchased a Podiatry Tool -- Cantilever Nail Clippers, claimed to be German Forged, priced at £27.19
They are poor quality. Daylight shows through cutting edges when in the closed position. The cutting edges are very poorly machined when viewed through a magnifying glass.
Previous to the above purchase I bought another set of YNR clippers. One of the spring blades, connected to the handles came off and could not be refitted.
I will not be wasting money on a third pair of YNR Clippers
