I absolutely love this app
I absolutely love this app. I've tried so many different ways to do Yoga at home and nothing stuck until I found this app. I don't get distracted on YouTube or have to deal with ads. I can stay focused.
I love that I can make a playlist. I've finished two different courses already and have really enjoyed them. I can't say enough good things about this app. The search feature is fantastic and I love that I can set and keep track of goals.

An incredible course
I have done a few courses with Yoga International and they are always top quality. I was so thrilled to see that YI was offering a course with Dr. Arielle Schwartz, and free for members too! Wonderful balance between education and practice
The nervous system education portion was really great - clear, just enough details without being overwhelming. the practices were simple, and soothing - easy for me to do on my own. I feel like I have a great set of tools in my toolbox. As a coach, I will also be sharing some of what I learned with my clients.

A brilliantly constructed and executed course. I am emerging from the symptoms of Functional Neurological Disorder. After EMDR, Dr Schwartz's course is just what I need to be guided and design my own practice to thaw and face the light!

Great variety of classes and instructors. Includes all age groups. All levels of instruction. Use of yoga props. Continuing education in different styles of yoga, meditation, and how anatomy affects yoga poses.

Courses that fit quite for every thing you need. Well structured. And additional knowlegde, documentaries and i love those new minicourses. Only „sad“ aspect are the extra costs obe premium training like almost everywhere.

If I misplaced my phone, the main worry in my head is not being able to access Yoga international. 😅
It’s worth every penny, the variety of different yoga practices, meditations, courses, breathing exercises just to name a few of the resources. It really has exceeded my expectations.
I never write reviews, but I am so genuinely grateful for the difference this little app has made to my life quality that I had to come and show my gratitude.

Too salesy
I find it really cringey when people who claim to want to help others have to resort to salesy scarcity tactics to make people buy their products. I got an email for something with a 2 hour countdown timer until the stuff 'runs out', but every time you open the email, the timer resets lol. Bad design, and it makes the company smell of desperation.

We use timers as a standard part of limited-time offers to help keep promotions clear and focused—especially when they’re tied to bonuses or expiring access. The goal isn't to create artificial pressure, rather to bring attention to an offer we think is valuable and we don't want our potential members to miss. If the timer in your email reset unexpectedly, that’s something we’ll review and improve.

I absolutely love Yoga International
I absolutely love Yoga International. I'm a qualified Yoga Instructor, a counselling psychologist and a life coach and I find so much inspiration here. Many of the teachers have inspirational stories and are all so different. I also get to join in in classes I would never be able to, if it weren't for this website. I prefer to practice in private, so this low cost, easily accessible platform is perfect!

TheSneaky Billing Practices
The problem has to do with their billing practices. After the 7 day ‘trial’ you find you are automatically billed the yearly fee, without any option to pay monthly, and it is a steep price. Cancelling the ‘free trial’ is not easy to do. I feel it is an intentionally deceptive business practice, unfortunately not uncommon with many online services. They absolutely will not refund you any money under any circumstances. It is disappointing and incongruous with the spirit behind Yoga.

At Yoga International, we strive to make every step of the membership process clear and easy to navigate. New members receive a free 7-day trial to explore the platform risk-free and decide whether a paid plan feels right for them. During sign-up, members select either a monthly or annual plan before entering any payment information.
If the trial is canceled within the 7-day window, there’s no charge. Members can cancel anytime directly in their account settings or by reaching out to our support team. If the trial isn’t canceled, the selected plan begins automatically—ensuring uninterrupted access to the classes, courses, and content already being enjoyed. This process is designed to be smooth and seamless.
A confirmation email is sent right after sign-up, clearly outlining the selected plan, billing amount, and the exact date the subscription will begin.
Occasionally, we also offer special promotions that include free gifts or bonus content with specific terms. These are always optional and include clear information about the plan type and billing terms during the checkout process.
While our refund policy follows standard digital subscription practices and is outlined in our Terms of Service, we’re always happy to review concerns individually through member support.

Not trustworthy
Please avoid signing up; it’s a scam. I made that mistake a year ago, and it ended up costing me a significant amount for a subscription I wasn’t even aware of. The company lacked proper contact information, and I ultimately had to rely on my bank to resolve the issue for me. Honestly, I’m not convinced that it’s a legitimate yoga studio at all.

We’re a small, passionate team of teachers and practitioners committed to offering accessible, high-quality practices, courses, and teachings from respected educators around the world.
We offer new members a 7-day free trial so they can explore the platform before committing. All memberships renew automatically, either monthly or annually, depending on what the member selects at sign-up. Cancellation is easy and can be done any time directly through your account settings—no need to contact support. That said, our member support team is here Monday through Friday, and our typical response time is under six hours on business days. Just click the Help button in your dashboard to reach out.

Horrible incompetent thieves
Horrible incompetent thieves. I upgraded to a yearly member ship. But the system has not updated so I can receive the full benefits of my upgrade. I have lost multiple jobs do to my inability to complete courses. And it’s been two months talking to Cheryl THE ABSOLUTE WORSTE. Still haven’t seen the extra money I’ve invested be an asset yet! HORRIBLE!!!

It was escalated to our engineering team immediately, and our support team worked closely with our developers and supervisors to try and resolve it as quickly as possible. Throughout that time, your account remained active so that you never lost access to your membership benefits, and we did provide full compensation for the inconvenience.
We know how frustrating billing issues can be and we deeply regret that our system fell short in your case. This issue has been thoroughly reviewed to help prevent anything like it from happening again.
