Lovely little tree. Packaged well and arrived in excellent condition, even though it was 2 days late due to Royal Mail sending it to the wrong sorting office! Highly recommended 😀

Tree was very nice but delivery a shambles
Tree was very nice but delivery was a shambles. They advertise clearly on their website "SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE" (in fact they're the first words) and "pick your delivery date" - which is exactly what I did to time with arrival on my wife's birthday.
Sunday morning I receive an email from Royal Mail saying it'll be delivered on Monday. So there I am, wife's birthday with no gift planning to arrive on the day.
Long story short, if you plan to use, I would not trust the wording on their website

You're absolutely right to expect your delivery on the selected date, especially when we highlight weekend delivery as an option. We understand how disappointing it must have been for your wife's birthday gift not to arrive on time, and we sincerely apologise for that.
While we do offer Saturday and Sunday delivery on many of our products, unfortunately, we rely on third-party couriers, and occasionally despite our best efforts and intentions, there can be a delay in the network.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. I bought a tree from Yorkshire Bonsai back in 2023, and recently contacted them for some help to try and revive it as sadly, it has died. The tree died through no fault of theirs, but I was in contact with Paul over the Easter weekend, he couldn't do enough to help me and without being asked, offered me a substantial discount on a replacement tree so that I can try again. Paul also told me I was welcome to contact him as often as needed for advice to keep the new tree healthy. Well deserved 5 star rating!

Great customer service, issue was resolved quickly.
Decided to repot two of my small trees ive had growing for some time, ones a root over rock so I can't wait to see it in a proper bonsai pot, got some new soil aswell. There was an issue with the order due to low stock, someone must of forgot to stock take yet they resolved the issue by sending a different soil out, made the whole process easier by communicating swiftly and professionally, will be using these suppliers again if I look at purchases more stuff for bonsai

I'm fairly new to the Bonsai community
I'm fairly new to the Bonsai community. So I've been looking at companies in the u.k that are reliable. Yorkshire Bonsai have been my go to. Communication is 1st class and quite frankly its nice that someone has the spent the time and effort to help with any enquires.

Beautiful tree, well packed.
When my little tree arrived after it's long journey (royal mail sent it to the wrong depot and it was 3 days late) it was beautifully packed and it had survived its long time in the box. I am thrilled to bits withh it, it is beautiful.
It has joined my little collection and seems very happy.

I am very pleased with my Bonsai tree
I am very pleased with my Bonsai tree. I agreed to a delayed delivery of 2 weeks so that the plant developed more leaves. It was superbly and safely packed, and delivered carefully.

Excellent honest company with great quality products. Received my order today, arrived safely and I have to say I was impressed at the size and quality of the bonsai compared to similar at my local garden centre. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys, 5⭐️ from me!

Had a wonderful experience at Yorkshire bonsai. Paul was extremely helpful and welcoming. Provided good insights and made sure trees were available providing protection for online buyers, and made sure I was aware of discounts. Even offered to knock the price down but his service deserved the initial price. Thank you for assistance and service
