Following my previous review (lost package and the brand's refusal to refund or resend the ring worth €350 as stated in their Q&A for lost packages), the brand told us that they would refund us "once they have proof the package is indeed lost." The tracking shows that the package never left Ukraine and never arrived in France. The French postal service confirms the package never arrived in France. However, apparently, these are not considered sufficient proof. In short, the brand is not honoring its commitments... We have lost our money. A complaint is in progress.

If you want a ring that is beautiful, high quality and made to perfection, buy it from yourasteria, I recently purchased a ring on Etsy and the help I received from the store was amazing, they helped me with sizing, delivery times and were always polite. Yes, the ring takes a while to arrive, but they are hand crafted in such a beautiful manner, the wait is completely worth it. Thank you so much yourasteria, what a beautiful ring you guys made! :)

I ordered a customized ring from them and recieved it a couple months ago, true to details of the listing and our discussions. It's such a stunning gold twisted ring! I placed an order on Dec 13 and recieved the ring less than a month later (I live in the US) with no problems on my end. The shipping process was good, customer service was stellar, they are very kind and responsive. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
