This business was amazing to work with. Aside from the high-quality ring I purchased from them, their customer service was above and beyond. I had a constraint in which I needed the ring before a certain date, and the business was very receptive and worked with me to make that happen, which many other business may not do for their customers. Overall, I would recommend this shop to anyone interested in their jewelry.

Delightfully communicative and attentive seller from start to finish. I am really happy with my ring! The quality and sizing is perfect. I don’t like gaudy or glitzy jewelry — this ring was dainty and small yet still had beautiful detail. The moonstone was a lovely pale blue. It’s custom made but only took a week and a half after ordering to arrive to US from Ukraine. I would definitely order from this shop again. :D

When I read the comment 1 star, I feel so sad I didn't read these before. I want now warn everybody to escape this website until they finally refund as their policies mention it when a package is lost. Otherwise they just steal your money.

I got a ring for my girlfriend from this seller and although it took a little while to come in it was exactly what we wanted. The stone was beautiful and looked just like the ad, which is not always the case with moss agate jewelry. Throughout the process of waiting for shipping the seller was very communicative and clear about what we should expect with delivery times and tracking. Ive read somr negative reviews here but it seems like they have made efforts to improve service in those areas because my experience was the exact opposite.
