The customer service has been nothing but great and I was over the moon with the ring itself when it arrived! The postage was very quick considering it was coming from EU and I am UK with tracking to keep track of each stage, well packed and arrived when it said it would. I ordered the white gold with moissanites and it is absolutely beautiful and more than I could have hoped for! This was also a fraction of the cost that a lot of big retailers are charging! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Ring. Er passt wie angegossen und ist wirklich sehr schön. Dezent und zierlich und sehr gut verarbeitet. Keine scharfen Kanten und die Steine funkeln sehr schön. Der Versand hat etwas gedauert, das lag aber auch am langen Transporte und war für mich vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Verkäufer hat mich auch stetig auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Ich kann empfehlen dort Schmuck zu bestellen.
