Wir haben am 22.10. einen Ring bestellt und über drei Wochen keinerlei Rückmeldung zum Bestellstatus erhalten. Auf unsere E-Mail wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Erst nachdem wir ein PayPal-Ticket eröffnet hatten, ging es plötzlich voran, jedoch ohne irgendeine Antwort des Unternehmens.

Nach insgesamt fast sechs Wochen kam der Ring an, und dann die Überraschung: über 70 € zusätzliche Zollkosten, die nirgends angegeben waren.

Der Ring selbst ist sehr schön, aber der gesamte Bestellprozess war enttäuschend.

Ring was flawless and so well crafted! It is a true work of art and you can see the uniqueness and fire from the moment you look at it. My wife loves the dainty thin band and how it showcases the stones and their arrangement. Not to mention, the customer service is second to none. I’m a believer in yourasteria as I will continue to purchase from you in the future.
