Great ring! Forgot to post my review but it came out really nicely and my girl loved it! :)

I received a very cheap looking ring and returned it. All my emails suddenly started bouncing back once I confirmed to them the item had been returned. the tracking company confirmed your asteria received the item back from me on 15th October but i only heard from them regarding the refund 12 days later as soon as I raised a dispute with them through paypal. They tried to say they could only refund me once I closed the dispute which i checked with paypal and was incorrect and was a huge red flag. After several messages back and forth i recieved a partial refund after they took $25 for shipping costs (no proof) and a 25% restocking fee. I would not use this company again and the product was sadly not worth the cost . I had to pay VAT to recieve the item which I cannot get back although this is not the fault of the company but frustrating considering the item looked so cheap.

18/11 further to the response the restocking fee was 20% not 25% but the shipping fee was $25 so please do not pretend I made that figure up.

You never emailed me. None of my emails went through to you after I confirmed the item was returned.

You only bothered to acknowledge receipt of the package which was confirmed to be delivered days before AFTER I raised an issue with paypal.

You tried to make me close the paypal case and held my refund until I did this.

This is all in writing.

These people are scammers.

I ordered a pretty little ring for a friend. It was sterling silver with czs. It was just as in the pictures and I was very happy with it! It took awhile to get to me but I didn’t know it was coming from Ukraine. The company was in continued contact with me about where it was. Overall very happy and I would order from them again.

First of all, the customer service was excellent. They helped me a lot with my questions and explained everything in detail to me. Also they did a follow up ofthe purchase when being delivered and made sure it arrived to me with no problems.

Second of all, I purchased a ring from them. And it is so beautiful and denty, but being very comfortable at the same time. The design is everything I could ask for, it's very well thought and elegant but still very wereable.

The ring was exactly as pictured and is so beautiful. This was actually my second purchase from them because I loved my first one so much. The shipping was faster than expected even with a message letting me know that it’s handmade and can take a bit.

Ich habe einen Verlobungsring hier bestellt. Der genauso aussah wie auf den Bildern.

Dabei hatte ich Fragen zu der Lieferung, da ich wegen der Einfuhr in die EU Sorgen hatte.
Das Team von yourasteria hat schnell geantwortet und mir die Sorgen genommen. Die Lieferung wurde für den Zoll so vorbereitet, dass ich nur noch bei dei Abholung, bei einer Poststelle in meinet nähe, die Gebühren bezahlen musste.
Der Support ist sehr nett und bemüht einem zuhelfen.
Ich würde da wieder bestellen, nur hoffentlich keinen Verlobungsring mehr 😉

Daher sehr zu empfehlen.
