Great jewelry and very nice customer service! I received a beautiful, delicate ring that I love very much. The shipping takes some time, but was traceable and the seller kept me up to date throughout the whole process. They also reacted very fast and friendly to all requests and did their best to find reasonable solutions to any kind of wishes. I am very happy with the whole experience and would definitely buy there again.

I got a promise ring for my girl, it’s a beautiful ring and she loves it! It came quite fast for coming from Ukraine to the US.

Ring is absolutely gorgeous, at a reasonable price. Girlfriend loves it. One thing I do recommend when ordering from this company is to pay the extra $20 for expedited shipping, if you don’t they will wait the entire 5 week long deadline period (mine was shipping 10 minutes before the deadline cutoff) That being said, they do make this fact known so it’s to be expected, however a 5 week wait just for the shipping seems long. They are very responsive to emails, very friendly so overall a 5/5 on the customer service. A good experience and a GREAT piece of jewelry, would definitely recommend but again make SURE to put a rush on your order.

OMG LOVE THEM! If I knew about this page prior to my engagement I would’ve gotten my engagement ring from here, so personal so minimal but still has personality. I can’t begin to explain how helpful they were to me and how quick to respond when I wanted a last minute change. Love it so much, highly recommend.

The owner, seller, jeweler went above and beyond to reassure me my package was coming. He responded to every one of my messages immediately! (It was coming from far away) but it got here fairly quickly and I wouldn't have cared if it took a year! The ring is beyond stunning and the pictures do not do it ANY justice. The ring was a replica from my mom's 50th wedding band that she had lost. And sadly she passed away from cancer in 2019. So the ring means so much and it did not disappoint me in any way. Yourasteria makes amazing pieces of jewelry trust me! The sparkle, shine, and quality can't be beat! I will be buying more rings and jewelry from them. I had some major frustrations with purchasing this ring. Most of them were preventable as well. My main issue was the lead time. I di not see anything about the ammount of time it would take to create the ring before shipping. I never saw an estimated time of when the ring will be in my hands. It took 6 weeks from order to ship date (May 26th --> July 2nd) which missed our anniversary date. Links to show the tracking info on the website did not go anywhere. Lastly, When I asked for an estimated date they mentioned there is a way to expedite my order for an addtional $20. So I purchased that hoping it would shorten my order from an estimated 5 weeks to 3 weeks as mentioned. It did not shorten the time and still took 6 weeks.

The reason I still gave two stars is the customer service was cordial and not rude.

I would not order from them again because of the lack of initial communication and accuracy in estimations unless I did not care how long it took.

Everyone on the team was very communicative and made sure that the ring I ordered is exactly what I wanted. I had a custom order and it was made beautifully!
