The service I got was excellent. The only read I have given 4 stars is because of the price because of the price. It almost 3 times what it was being sold for before they selling it in the UK

Great service as imported from USA more expensive than old UK price due to import taxes.

Despite the struggle with Royal Mail, they reassured me that their distribution methods are being updated to much more reliable couriers. And possibly next day delivery availability.

Have had great difficulty in locating this product locally and once the order was completed, I received an email shortly after to say that the delivery process was under way.

What exceptional service! My order was dispatched promptly, but Royal Mail failed to deliver. When I raised this with the company, they arranged for the MD to deliver it in person that evening. You can be assured of good service and an exceptional customer service response should there be a problem.

I accidentally found Your Health Boutique while looking for PeptoBismol for my very elderly mum. She finds that stuff settles her stomach etc very quickly. (We’ve been rationing what little we had left for last few months) so I was delighted to have found it again in UK .. Put order on n paid for special delivery realising Mail strike was imminent. Unsurprisingly order was delayed because of strike. It took a few extra days but during that time Kayleigh was really helpful any time I contacted them asking about order. Delighted that order arrived today, really well packed and sealed and condition of packaging perfect.. Highly recommend Your Health Boutique for customer service even in very trying times! Thank you!
