Firstly Darren, you didn't pay for 48 hour delivery, it's Free of Charge? Tracked 48 is a non-guaranteed service which is clearly stated in our Delivery Policy and Terms & Conditions. Normally it would be 2-3 days, but Royal Mail have been on strike which is outside our control. Secondly, you placed your order at 18:24 on 1st December. It was dispatched the following morning at 04:46. It's not had a scan because Royal Mail are processing a sizeable backlog as a result of the situation. Had you contacted us, we could have explained that but despite our excellent reputation which is visible to everyone, you've assumed wrongly and left a bad review. We've communicated to all our customers (including yourself) to explain that Royal Mail are on strike, and we even put a notice on our website, as well as disclaimers on order confirmations. You've left us a bad review for something that's completely outside our control and we've tried to keep all our customers updated on the situation. Our apologies for the delay in your package arriving, but you can thank Royal Mail for that.

Easy to order, quick dispatch, a great way to get medication that is difficult to get elsewhere. This company tries hard to get orders out as quickly as possible and should not be held responsible for Royal Mail strikes which can cause delays! A great company a fantastic service.

I just wanted to personally thank you for being understanding about the delays suffered, and I'm really pleased to hear your package has arrived. I know it's extremely difficult when having to wait and I completely sympathise with it as I am also a consumer of online products myself, so I know of the stress and frustrations it can cause when delays occur. I can promise you that any delays suffered when using our services are always completely outside of our control, and it's always due to a 3rd party (Royal Mail 99% of the time!). We dispatch goods the same day to ensure customers receive them as soon as possible.
Our account is nearly open at DPD and it's just going through some final setup so it will be great for both us and our customers as they are one of the most reliable in the UK.

Excellent service providing medications that are impossible to find in the UK. You pay a premium but that is the price you pay for having this service. Wish I had found it earlier.

Use them to get difficult to find products
Impossible to get Pepto Bismol from usual outfits but arrived within 24 hours of ordering. A slight premium but at least you can get it from the Health Boutique. I would use them again.

Good service and product. I’ve used the product for many years and struggled to find at chemists. Health Boutique had stock and it was despatched promptly. Only downside was the extortionate price. This I assume is due to factors out with the companies control.

As you rightly assumed, these costs are out of our control. I'm sure customers such as yourself who rely on this product would rather pay the elevated price as opposed to not being able to buy it at all.
