To date we have been 100% successful with all of your claims.

However, you have failed to pay the fee and it could be suggested that this review is due to the fact that the unpaid fee, despite numerous requests for payment, has been issued to the Sheriff Court in Scotland.

You chose not to defend the claim at court, which would suggest you accept that you should have paid it but chose not to.

Judgement was found in our favour and an arrestment of earnings order has been confirmed by the Sheriff.

Indeed, you contacted the office upon being notified by the Sheriff and/or your employer of the arrestment order.

Perhaps if you'd have dealt with the matter of payment for the service at the time you were in receipt of the compensation awards, rather that choosing to try and avoid paying, this matter would not have got to the stage it has.

Many people have worked hard to obtain the compensation awards on your behalf, and therefore it is correct that you pay the fee, which you chose not to do.

As you can see, you were kept fully up to date throughout, and our work has resulted in numerous compensation awards being awarded.

Finally, it is noted that you have never raised any level of dissatisfaction of the service prior to the arrestment of earnings order being confirmed.

The fee was not more than the compensation award.

Compensation is any amount awarded as a result of the claim, including cash payments and reduction in arrears.

It has been explained to you that part of the award was used by your bank to reduce the debt you hold with it.

You have suggested you are not happy with your bank for its decision to use the compensation to reduce debt, but we are unable to become involved in such disputes between you and your bank.

The fee is charged on the total compensation award as the reduction in your debt is considered to be monetary gain.
