Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs - I sent forms numerous times and they said they have not received them after the first set?? I got harassed every day and each time you send the forms I sent ANOTHER copy again. I then decided to cancel the service and they want to charge £260??? absolutely ridiculous amount and worried where my detail went?
**in response to the reply below you can see below how much they harrass you even though you send the forms and they lose them. Fifty Six times I got harrassing calls, and now im getting daily emails to pay their fee for cancelling, even though I have 28 days. Its what I call a BULLYING company**

We have not received anything from you, despite FIFTY SIX requests.
I can assure you it is not in our interests to not receive documents / information.
Following our notification to you that we were left with no other option other than to cancel the agreement due to your failure to return documents in accordance with the agreed Terms of Engagement, you requested to cancel the agreement yourself.
Each email sent to you provided a link to the Terms of Engagement, where your obligations are clear in respect of returning documents, as are your cancellation rights.
As you requested to cancel outside the cooling off period, and as we were unable to progress the cases due to you not returning the documents the cancellation fee became due.
Had you returned the documents, which only required a signature, the cases would've progressed as they do with the overwhelming majority of customers.
We encourage customers to read and understand information that is sent to them, and to ask if they are unsure about anything that is requested.
