Beware when renting a car from this company.
Picking up the car goes smoothly, you receive a fairly new vehicle.
However, you’ll immediately notice several small scratches on it.
The real problem starts when you return the car. YourRent will find a tiny scratch and expect you to prove it wasn’t there when you picked up the car.
Then they initiate a damage assessment, which takes weeks. Eventually, you receive a report, in Polish, with an absurdly high repair cost that, unsurprisingly, exceeds your deposit.
For example, a minor scratch that a body shop would fix for €75 is listed in the report as €825.

uwaga !!!! Ku przestrodze!!!!!! Najpierw przeczytajcie wszystkie negatywne opinie to bardzo ważne , wszystkie są prawdziwe, doświadczyłam na własnej skórze oszustwa na niebywałą skalę. OMJAĆ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!! wypożyczyłam Auto w carjet.com .Wykupiłam dodatkowe ubezpieczenie Platinium które według opisu obejmowało wszystkie możliwe usterki które mogłyby się wydarzyć podczas użytkowania auta. niestety na miejscu w wypożyczalni YourRent (nazwa wypożyczalni inna niż strona CarJet/posługują się też stroną meet&greet service )w Balicach zostałam poinformowana że ubezpieczenie wykupione nie działa.!!!! Dostałam dwie możliwości: albo wykupić dodatkowe ubezpieczenie za kolejne tyle !!!! 464zł albo wnieść kaucje i tym samym ponieść ryzyko zapłaty 4500zł za jakąkolwiek Ryskę, z którą wróci auto niezależnie od tego czy z mojej winy. Jeśli nie wykupię wyżej wymienionego ubezpieczenia.(jak widać w komentarzach ci ktorzy to ryzyko podjęli, to ponieśli te koszty, bo wypożyczalnia zawsze znajdowała nawet niewidoczną rysę ). Na koniec dodam że byłam ofiarą feralnego odwołanego lotu, z winy tureckich linii lotniczych które wypadły z pasa i musiałam szukać innego lotu. Znalazłam w Warszawie na następny dzień. Mimo moich tłumaczeń i próśb Wypożyczalnia za zmianę miejsca zwrotu na warszawę i jeden dzień,potraciła całą kaucje, czyli kolejne 500zl. Oczywiscie nie dostałam rozliczenia o które prosiłam.pozdrawiam Anna

Wynajmuje co jakiś czas auto, jedynie do czego moze sie przyczepić to fotelik kołyska, byla naprawdę w średnim stanie a koszt wynajmu do tanich nie należał. Reszta naprawdę ok

Tout d'abord, Yourrent n'était pas à l'aéroport, nous avons dû appeler pour qu'on vienne nous chercher.
Ensuite nous nous sommes fait arnaquer nous avons payé 140.00€ pour le carburant en pensant être remboursé puisque nous avons bien fait le plein avant de rendre la voiture comme on nous l'a demandé. Cela va faire 2 mois que je bataille pour être remboursé et hier on me dit que je ne serai pas remboursé puisque c'est une assurance que nous avons soit disant pris. Pas du tout puisque nous avions déjà pris une assurance supplémentaire à la réservation.

I booked through doyou spain ,yesterdày ,302 euros for xmas timè for 2 weeks,thought it was reasonable,read a few revièws,cancelled it an hour later,why do doyouspain have such a fraudelent company on their website,they should be kicked off the sitè straight away,banned,not everyone can be wrong,sort it out doyouspain,your a great site for carhire,dont associate with these conmen

Avoid Yourrent / Wheego at all costs! Even if they advertise cars for €0.10 per day, don’t fall for it. It’s 100% a scam in broad daylight. Many people (myself included) have had terrible experiences – hidden fees, dishonest practices, and zero customer service. What others are warning you about is absolutely true. Stay away!

Fact: the T&C document provided at the time of booking stated that a credit card in the main driver's name would be required. The kind of language normally found in car rental documents.
Fact: at the time of vehicle collection at Kraków Airport, the company came up with a new requirement that the card must include the full first name of the main driver. My card includes initials + surname and it has never been an problem.
Fact: the company offered to accept the card after all, as long as I took full insurance (FDW) and fuel with them, worth a few hundred euros. Else, the vehicle would not be released.

My worst experience in 30 years or car rentals.
Why Ryanair or Rentalcars.com associate with them, I do not know. I would be embarrassed.

Moje doświadczenie z wypożyczalnią Yourrent w Alicante było bardzo pozytywne. Wypożyczyłam auto na wakacyjny wyjazd z rodziną i byłam pozytywnie zaskoczona. Otrzymałam auto Renault Symbioz, który był nowy, czysty i w pełni sprawny. Proces odbioru i zwrotu przebiegł błyskawicznie choć miałam obawy ponieważ pierwszy raz wypożyczałam samochód. Cały zespół zasługuje na pochwałę, ale chciałam szczególnie wyróżnić Hamzę. Jego profesjonalizm i chęć pomocy sprawiły, że czuliśmy się w pełni zaopiekowani.

After being deceived (scammed) by the company, the comments caught my attention. Many others have been deceived in the same way. I was extorted 1.100€ (4800 zloty). And for a superficial 1 cm scratch.

The counter worked as follows; the vehicle was delivered dirty and with only 3,000km on the clock, without a detailed inspection. On our return, they forced us to take a deduction of €1,100 for this scratch. If this money is not returned to me, I will follow it in every field.
Even if this company gives you a free car, please do not rent one. Remember that you have been trapped in a cycle of fraud. The company's main business is not to make money from the cars they rent to people. It is to defraud them with false penalties.

Scammers – Avoid this company!
They try to find any excuse to charge you. They claimed damages that were already there and kept inspecting until they “found” something.
They tried to charge me for 3 damages – luckily I had photos proving 2 were pre-existing. The third was a tiny scratch, barely visible.
At return, they said it would cost around €400 — now they sent a damage report of €1,200!
Total scam. Do not rent here!

I have been waiting since the 8 May for a quote or invoice for damage to an already damaged bumper. I was told I had made it worse and they didn’t return my €900. This is now 13 June and my insurance company won’t pay me until I have this invoice. Absolutely atrocious customer care and they claim I scraped the bumper 20cm down from where it was scraped when I received the car. The scrape is not big but what are the chances of that happening again. I said it was there and it is on the sheet but they claim it is worse. I will never use this company and I booked Wheego but they are the same company.

I was scammed in the middle of the day . I collected a car at night time and car was wet ,i took a walk around video and few pictures .when i returned a car they showed me a small scratch on the back door wich was almost invisible,i couldn't find it in my pre check video . After 3 or 4 weeks of investigation they changed me 740€ for this invisible scratch. I will never use this company again and i wouldn't recommend anyone to use it .

Hired a car from Wheego yourrent in Malaga was picked up by Paula at the airport and just a short drive to the hire company . Straight forward and stress free.
Lovely Toyota Yaris we had great on fuel and very clean .
On return we dropped the car off , Hector took us back to the airport very kind and friendly people to deal with . 100% WILL USE AGAIN

I rented a car (white Peugeot 2008, polish license plate, WA 7479 J) at Alicante Airport for 6 days, return date 21st of may. When picking up the car they let you sign for the damages without seeing the car first, and no one walks around the vehicle with you to show te damages. When returning the car they claim I did damage on the right/back. Scratches on the back bumper, the rim and the door sill. I have parked the car nowhere where I or anyone else could have made this damage. If anyone has rented the same vehicle and got told they made this damage as well I would like to hear.

Fraudulent contract because they intentionally hide damages already known. I have all the original photos of the damages at the time of picking up the car, email and WhatsApp sent at the time of pick up. Even the person at the office who attended me during the car pick up told me not to send any email or WhatsApp with the damages that I detected. When returning the car, supposedly, they do an inspection, detect existing damages and claim a penalty of 3000 PLN (722 €). The photos they send me are with the car uncleaned, full of snow and mud. They have only cleaned 2 small areas of the existing damages when I sent them more damages than they claim. They do not recognize their fraudulent practices or their lack of professionalism and activate the payment of the penalty. I have proceeded to make claims through Booking, the European Consumer Center and with the bank requesting the return of the payment. I have also made an official complaint to the police.
Please DO NOT hire vehicle rental services with Wheego or its subsidiaries because they intentionally act by hiding damage to the vehicle in the rental contract and claiming the same damages that I detected when I picked it up when you return it and they do the "exhaustive" inspection.

I booked a car hire in Alicante from this company through DoYouSpain.com. Everything seemed okay to begin with, but when I had a puncture on the final day it all started to go wrong.

I had platinum cover so I rang the office and they arranged to collect the car and provide a replacement. This was the last day of my holiday, so I basically drove straight back to the airport after collecting my bags.

Once I got to the car rental company I was told I had to pay 899 Euros for the puncture repair and collection, which seemed ridiculous. It was obviously a contrived amount, as my deposit was 900 Euros.

If I hadn't paid, then I would have been left with no way to the airport, so I was left with no choice. I foolishly assumed the platinum cover would be good, but it turned out to be worthless, a policy with an Eastern European insurance company who have a terrible rating on TrustPilot.

As I waited for them to take my money another customer came in to start their holiday. With my eyes opened I watched how they forced him to pay a whole raft of extra charges, deposits for fuel, for keys, all sorts of things he hadn't expected.

They also advised me to top up the petrol in my replacement car, or they would charge an exorbitant sum to drive two minutes up the road to the nearest petrol station. In fact, there was some sort of scam with the petrol station now I remember, as another customer returned and warned us not to use the petrol station the car hire company had suggested, as it was miles away, when there was one literally around the corner. I imagine the petrol station I was being directed to charged three times the normal rate or something similar?

Anyway, this has left me £750 out of pocket, with no sign of any money from my supposed platinum cover that was for situations exactly like this.

I've rented from other car hire companies in Spain and everything has been fine. This one is some sort of scam.
