I ordered 2 swimsuits 4/3/2021. Received 2 swimsuits end of May...no invoice and neither of which I did not order.....nor could I wear. I contacted them and they offered me a 30% discount on another order!?! NO... absolutely absurd!!!

Received wrong items and after 10 emails they asked me to accept a 30% refund. Really??? They also asked me to sell the items to a friend.

I ordered a suit never received it!! They charged my card and now I am disputing the charge with my cc company!! Don't buy!!

Terrible service I ordered 5 suits only received 3 of what I ordered and 2 completely different (not even close) to what I ordered suits. I was told they tried to give me something else since it went out of stock I would have rather had my money back for 57.98 would have been better than what I received. This was in March all I have asked for was for my money back and or a percentage back and still having trouble and it is almost June! June 1st They finally made thing’s right.

DON’T DO IT!!! I would give this zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. Do not waste your money! These come from China! I ordered mine on 4/17 after multiple emails with no response received it on 5/25....6 weeks later....a week AFTER the vacation I ordered it for! Than to top that they sent me the incorrect swimsuit. I ordered tankini, got a one piece with plunging neckline🤦‍♀️ I emailed requesting my money back and that I would happily return the incorrect item they sent me if they sent a return label as I was not paying for their mistakes.... crickets! Haven’t heard a word! DONT DO IT!!!! Crap company stealing money!
Update: have received a response- apparently it’s let’s make a deal, due to the freight cost being high they offered me a 50% refund because THEY sent the wrong product after 6 weeks!!! We have emailed back and forth for a few days we are at 80% refund and I keep the product I didn’t order?!! WTH??? No, refund ALL of my money I should not have to pay for your mistake! Either way I’m 100% sure I won’t see a penny! Start clear people don’t do it!!! Not worth the headache! This seller is a joke!

I don't even know where to begin.... all I can say is please please do not order from this company... don't give them your money... I waited months only to get something I would never order and they didn't even have the decency to at least send my size ... they are very unprofessional .

I ordered two cute bathingsuits and when I received my order it was three suits, none of any resemblance to what I ordered. Support stated they were busy and sorry for wrong order wanted to give me a 40% refund. No way they wouldn’t pay for return shipping being it was them who messed up my order. I finally agreed to a 85% refund and I kept the three ugly suits they sent me. I see my refund pending and they not only kept 15% of order but they also keep all of shipping. Never Again!

I ordered 2 swimsuits and 2 cover ups way before my beach vacation. The shipment was delayed waiting for 1 swimsuit to be in stock so no swimsuits for vacation. My order arrived after I left. 3 items were correct and 1 was not which should have been the item that was out of stock. They sent me a random swimsuit that doesn't even remotely resemble what I ordered and are arguing with me about refunding my money and wanting me to pay for shipping to send it back when it is their mistake. Ultimately they refunded the swimsuit and no return required. I am very happy with the other 3 items!

After weeks of waiting for my order, I received 3 wrong swimsuits that I did NOT order. When trying to contact their customer service, they kept sending my email back saying the file was too large to send. This is a scam company and NO one should waste their money with this company!

March 11*2021 I ordered two swimsuits. I got one suit after five weeks after the emails said both were on their way got one only. Contacted the company got reply's that they didn't know I had a order to give them the order number and it was a reply from their own email with all my details! tracking numbers that don't work and promises to send the other suit , its now May 22/2021!! Quick to take your money give you no return label , might only get credit to exchange something else on website or have hassle to get return label and have to pay for shipping twice?IDk scam feels like to me.. waiting for product that emails and texts promise for three months. Don't order from them!!

I wouldn’t even give this trash company a 1 ⭐️ if I could avoid it. I ordered a cute one piece leopard swimsuit and leopard trip swim shorts. I received a two piece ugly blue tankini and black w/white striped swim shorts. I immediately reached out to the company and was offered 15% refund and “you keep the items as our gift.” I continued to express my frustrations and that I just wanted what I ordered, I do not want what they sent. The most I was eventually offered was 65% refund, “you keep the items as a gift and we’ll send you the correct swimsuit.” Well, here we are months into this process and just a week from our vacation and I received their package today only to find ANOTHER random suit that I DID NOT ORDER. They refuse to let you return because they are NOT located in the US, despite what they advertise on Facebook. I, too, was banned from commenting on their Facebook page. Also, I NEVER received any form of refund that was mentioned.

Do not order from this website! I had 2 separate orders. One on April 11th for 170 and 1 on April 12th for 70. I’ve received 1 order for the 70. Not 1 of the 3 bathing suits I ordered were there. They gave me 3 random suits and one UGLY suit. I asked repeatedly for my money back. They can have their crap suits. No they wanted to give me a % back. I started a claim with my credit card company since they wouldn’t give me my money and it was their fault. They sent them tracking for the suits they didn’t send me. They also make it seem like they are a company out of California when clearly they are in China. Now I have another order due in any day that I’m sure will be the same story. What I don’t understand is why the number and name that’s attached to the charges when it bills shows up under PayPal for a best value company in California that it has nothing to do with. Seems so sketchy.

I ordered and never received my package or even got a delivery conformation. It says to use shop app and they have no info on this store. Rip off!

DO NOT order anything from this company! I ordered a bathing suit and after a couple of months received two bathing suits that were not the bathing suit that I ordered and when I emailed them, they offered to let me keep the two (and not send me the one that I ordered) for 50% off?!? They said that it was too expensive for them to ship it back to China. When I refused their offer, they stopped responding to me. I am going to stop payment on the bathing suit immediately!

If I can get this zero stars I would. Waited three months for a bathing suit received two suits today totally huge and the wrong ones. I’m just out the money I won’t even try to return them after reading these reviews I wish I had read them first do not purchase from them

Scam alert!!! Beware!! They send unordered unwanted items then get you to only except the lowest percentage amount back and receive another bathing suit. Always use PayPal so they can help dispute any charges. I’m praying they can help get ALL my money back. The company needs to be put out of business immediately!!! Total scam!!!!

BEWARE!! waited 3 months, got 2 swimsuits I didnt order, and I cant even wear them!! They offered 30% off my next order. Are they kidding me😡 the company is in china and sends here to california. I'm reporting to Better Business B. And EACH OF YOU SHOULD TO. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY. LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.
