I was charged for 5 items that I purchased, and received 2 of the items. I've reached out to them, several times, emailed them, included a copy of my invoice that they sent me, to my email on the account, Item number, and they keep asking me for things like, my email address, Items numbers, w they can't find me? I am getting no where with them.

I ordered 3 bathing suits, 2 dresses and 1 cover up. I received the cover up and 1 bathing suit. I emailed them 5 times to which no refund has been offered and I have asked for the company to just ship the missing items. I sent screenshots of the order, order number and tracking information. They have not replied and I spent 140.00 ( that's a lot for 1 bathing suit and cover-up)

Very dissatisfied! Sent me all wrong items claiming were out of stock, sent an email and they offer 30% refund!
I spent 89$! and end up with pieces I can’t even wear !

I am very disappointed... my order took forever and then when it arrived it was completely wrong! There is no customer service number for this company only an email which I sent (3) emails to with a screen shot of my order and order number and received no reply! My order was $78 US which is about $110 Canadian and what I received for the wrong order I don’t like nor was it my size , so it’s not even like I can just say ok well it’s not what I ordered but this is ok too! Companies should not be allowed to take peoples money without having g some kind of customer service department because mistakes happen!

I placed 2 orders with this company. The first order arrived with the wrong items. I complained by email and they offered a 25 to 50% refund an l keep the items l received. They are the wrong size and a style l would not wear.
I could not believe that my second order arrived with the wrong items, l ordered 3 swimsuits and received 4 totally different swimsuits. I received the standard emails offering a % refund and keep the second lot of wrong items l cannot wear.
I accepted the first partial refund but this time l think l should get a full refund. I have checked comments on this Facebook post and other women have received different swimsuits to what they ordered. This is appalling!
