Customer service is amazing - we needed just 5 more tiles and Mandie not only helped by sending us a photo of what was available of the low stock but got them sent out the same day. Wish all companies had a Mandie!

Regarding delivery charges, we completely understand they can seem high. Unfortunately, due to the weight and fragility of tiles, we use specialist couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and intact. We don’t add anything to these fees—they’re passed on at cost to keep them as low as possible for our customers.

Beautiful designs and excellent customer service
Me and my partner loved the unique designs that were on offer at Yourtiles.com. we ordered samples which came well wrapped and within a few days of ordering them, we placed our order and the the tiles came on our chosen day and the tiles are really amazing. My wife is over the moon with them and we also have to say we had an issue where we under ordered and so called up customer services and spoke to Sam who amended our order and made sure the extra tiles were sent out with our original order and so saved us two delivery charges..Brilliant service and will definitely be using them again for our en-suite and kitchen.

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
Allowed me to order and pay for 60 tiles that they didn’t have. Confirmed the order, took the money out of my account and gave me a delivery date the following Monday. Called me on Friday at 16:00 to say they actually didn’t have them, when it was too late for me to do anything.
Second part of my order I was told would be delivered on Monday. Received a call at 9am that day to say this couldn’t be done.
This is the same company as artisan tiles, who I had to order extra tiles from and pay another £35 delivery charge with. This delivery also didn’t arrive on the stated date. I was told by a manager of Your Tiles that they weren’t the same company but somehow refunded me the delivery charge for Artisan Tiles as well. Very dodgy.
I could go on and on about my experience, appalling from start to finish. Tiles themselves are fine but I wish I’d never gone anywhere near these two companies. Atrocious.

It appears there was a rare system error that allowed your order to be processed even though the tiles were out of stock. We apologise for this oversight and contacted you as soon as we became aware of the issue to inform you.
I can confirm that you were refunded for the out-of-stock items as well as the delivery charge for the remaining items in your order.
Regarding your comments about Artisan Tile Company, we’d like to clarify that Your Tiles and Artisan Tile Company are entirely separate businesses, and it’s not accurate to suggest the two companies are the same.
As for any refund provided by Artisan Tile Company, we are unable to comment on that, as they operate independently.
We’re disappointed your experience with us wasn’t as smooth as we’d like, but we’re glad to hear you were satisfied with the tiles themselves.

Excellent tiles store. Great sample service - whole tiles too. So vital for choosing tiles if you can't get to a shop. Your Tiles has great prices and fabulous range - super website and very helpful, friendly service. The main tiles delivery was excellent - beautiful tiles and arrived in perfect condition. Can't wait to have them installed in our new conservatory.

Tiles are lovely and great quality
Tiles are lovely and great quality, really pleased with them. I recommend Your Tiles for having a good variety of tiles to choose from. The customer service was helpful and friendly.
Not as happy with the time it takes for them to arrive and that you can only receive them quicker if you pay an extra fee.

Regarding delivery, as tiles are heavy and fragile, we use specialist logistics partners to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. These services are more costly than standard courier options, but we pass the delivery charges directly from the couriers without adding any extra fees or making any profit from them. We also offer priority delivery for customers who need their tiles urgently, which is why this service incurs an additional charge.

Dreadful delivery experience
Although the tiles are great . Delivery was shocking . Arrived at 7.30pm in the dark and would not put into house . Just to leave in street . As I live alone and the tiles were too heavy to lift . It was a nightmare . Delivery should be in daylight hours 9-5 or with notice so that I could arrange help .

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the tiles, but we’d like to take this opportunity to address your concerns regarding the delivery.
As the tiles were large format, they were sent via one of our specialist haulage companies. These companies are specifically chosen because they are better equipped to handle heavy and fragile items safely, ensuring the tiles arrive in good condition. However, unlike local couriers, they unfortunately don’t offer the same level of tracking or timed delivery slots that many of us have come to expect.
It is outlined in our terms and conditions that:
- The delivery will take place on a specified day, but we cannot supply a time for delivery.
- Drivers are not insured to go into any property or take items off a pallet. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for products to be taken into the property once the driver has brought the pallet as close to the entrance as possible.
Regarding the delivery time, delays can occasionally happen due to traffic or road conditions. While this can sometimes result in deliveries outside of regular hours, we always prioritise getting orders to our customers on the day promised to avoid project delays.
If customers need updates on their delivery, we encourage them to contact our team, and we will always do our best to provide assistance and support.
