Absolutely awful experience from start to finish and I still haven’t received the product I ordered. I ordered 2 months ago and finally got the shipment last week after they lied continuously about when it would ship. Then they shipped me a faucet and side sprayer so different from what appears online. The tap is different and the side sprayer is a different model. The side sprayer is faulty so the water sprays out even when the lever is not depressed, rendering it completely useless. I’m hoping to get some money back and order another side sprayer because dealing with them is totally fruitless. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. My brass shower and two faucets never arrived. I reached out asking them to go ahead and cancel my order after they lied over and over about being shipped. They did cancel my order, but never refunded me my $1300. They refused to do so after several attempts on my end. I got my bank involved and its been an absolute headache ever since.

Item was supposed to arrive in 4 weeks according to website and it’s taken over 8 weeks. I’ve tried calling and emailing the company and no response.

The photo online does not represent what you receive. It looks like a beautiful small copper sink. We received a two layer sink that would be impossible to clean when gung gets between the two layers. I reached out to seller first as there was no way to connect sink. After several emails he said he would create a video of how to install the unit. I still have not received the install instructions days later. Then when I asked how to clean the unit, the seller said the top layer comes off to clean. It does not. It is solid attached. I have asked to return the item and seller is now ghosting me.

My first sink was damaged in delivery and got stuck in a delivery warehouse! The customer service team got it taken care of within hours and had a new one shipped out! Thank you for making this easy and timely!!

False advertising shows a picture of a product on Pinterest with 3 different component and a price that you thought you purchased it for, then it turns out if you read the fine print each of the three options added together trippel the price

The length of time to get the product is too long. Still don't have it yet... so I can't comment on the quality.

I was sent a tracking number but no shipping provider. It's a week after the projected arrival date and no clue where my product is.

The copper shower head is beautiful! Up dated tracking would be nice. Tracking showed my package in transit when in fact it was delivered! No problem. I love the shower head and would buy again from Zayian.

We Ordered a copper sink, packaging is incredible...so carefully packed in a wooden crate. Absolutely stunning sink, such high quality. Customer Service is outstanding. Highly Recommend!

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, thoughtful and polite. Very happy with their customer service.

I placed an order on August 26th, and the product still hasn't been shipped to the US. I've followed up several times over email to ascertain shipping status, and the product is still in Morocco as of September 22nd. If the product was going to take this long to be delivered, the lead time should have been represented as such upfront.

It took a while to get but that was the delivery system. Absolutely beautiful! Can’t wait to install the sink. It was packed very well..

This is the third item I've purchased from Zayian. I love the hand-made quality of the pendant light. Each item was packed for complete protection from damage. Communication, service and international delivery were handled beautifully.
