Poor services, and the worst experience since it looks like so far I lost my money

My experience baying on this website is awful, I do not recommend:
1- First I was charged two times for the same products (one of the charges still under dispute).
2- Then the product was low quality material and the color that’s not matching what you show on the website (I had to send photos proofing it)
3- later I had to covered spends for returning
4- A month later I have to sent a request for updates on the refund amount since I’m

Fonctionne mais délais et communication à améliorer

Malgré les différents avis tendant vers le négatif, il semblerait que le site ne soit pas un scam.

Environ 3 bonnes semaines de délais de livraison contre la moitié annoncée, peu mieux faire mais ça a été livré.

Le site est down un jour sur 2, pas très rassurant j'ai cru au scam au début.

Ordered a shirt from Facebook 28/11

Ordered a shirt from Facebook 28/11. It was dispatched on 8/12. I paid for standard shipping, 7-9 days.

Today is 3/1 and my shirt has not left China. I have been offered a 25% refund but I don’t believe that is satisfactory. I think the entire shipping component should be refunded and a further 50% given I’ve waited over twice as long for a Xmas gift.

I’m not convinced they’re not scammers. I’m going to request a full refund from my card company.

Never received order

I placed an order for two tshirts back in mid November and still have not received them. This website is a scam.

Experience horrible

Experience horrible. J'ai commandé un t-shirt début décembre avec un supplément de 12€ pour une livraison rapide sous 4 jours. Nous sommes presqu'un mois après et je n'ai toujours pas reçu le colis !!
Le service après vente ne répond pas et vous laisse dans le vent. A FUIR !!!

Easy to find the products that I was…

Easy to find the products that I was looking for and really nice recomendations on simular things, the order-process was easy even if I ordered to an european country 👌 now I just hope the delivery is smooth and the item is in really good quality

Christmas sweater that will arive after Christmas...

I ordered a Christmas sweater 20 days ago and have still not recieved it, now I payed 40 euros for a sweater that I can not even wear to a Christmas party. Very dissapointed because the delivery was supossed to take 6-9 days, not 20. Now I have spend 40 euros for no reason.

Siamo quasi a livello dello scam!

State lontani da questo sito!
Abbiamo fatto un ordine il 3dicembre per prenderci molto in anticipo dal momento che eravamo consapevoli che il produttore fosse cinese.
Secondo quanto loro stesso descrivono nel loro sito i tempi sono 1-2giorni per processare e 7-9 per la consegna. Abbiamo scritto il 17 quindi ben 15 giorni dopo dal momento che non avevamo più avuto notizie.
Loro ci scrivono che si scusano per il ritardo e che faranno di tutto per velocizzare le pratiche.
Ovviamente non potendo più arrivare i prodotti in tempo per natale chiediamo l'annullamento dell'invio con il rimborso e ci dicono in un email successiva che non è possibile perchè fatalità l'ordine è stato processato.

Ordine processato non si sa quanto
Impossibile chiedere annullamento o rimborso
Dopo 15 giorni ancora nessun prodotto arrivato.

Commande en retard - Pas de suivi

Refused to refund incorrectly charged shipping

I was promised free shipping on the website and in my cart. When the charge for my order went through, I was charged for shipping. The store refused to honor the free shipping even when I sent them a screenshot of the cart. I won't shop there again and will stop their relentless email spam as well.
