Happy to change this from a one star…

Happy to change this from a one star review if I ever get my shirts.
I purchased three shirts 25 days ago. The website claims they ship to Australia in 7-9 days. According to my tracking number 25 days after payment they still haven’t left china. Hopefully they will be worth the wait.

Pire experience de ma vie avec des ventes en ligne. 2 mois pour me livrer ma commande et quand je veux faire un retour, je dois tout payer de ma poche... Ça part en litige PayPal cette histoire parce que c'est hallucinant surtout vu la qualité des produits.

Good quality shirts and prints

Good quality shirts and prints. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but this was followed up very well by Zazasy after contacting them via email.

Terrible tag quality

Updated 26/04/2025: Zazasy contacted me a few days after I posted this review regarding the tag issue. They offered a 50% refund which I have received. To be fair they tried their best on customer service. And the T-shirts were not too bad just a minor issue on the tag. So i'm changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. I still leave my old review here for future reference. Really hope they improve their products and keep up with the hard work. Cheers!

Reviewed on 18/04/2025: The t-shirts were okay the prints were still on after the first wash. However the tags at the back had terrible quality. They were made of adhesive paper. I tried to peel them off before wash but they were very sticky and so hard to peel, so I assumed they were meant to stay on the shirts. But after the wash the paper tags broke into several pieces and left bits and pieces everywhere on my shirts, while the adhesive were still clinging on. Took me an hour to roll my shirts and remove the adhesive out bit my bit. This is such a stupid and low quality design. While the shirts themselves are fine but this really threw me off. I wish i could upload photos so people can see how terrible they look after taken out from the washing machine.
The reason why i spent $36 for a t-shirt because i love the printing although it's super overpriced. But after this experience i'd probably NOT recommend Zazasy to anyone.

Terrible quality and terrible return policy

It's terrible quality, especially for the price. I paid about 30 bucks a shirt when I should have only paid 10. The graphics on the t-shirts look super low-resolution and as if a few washes will mess it up.

Be sure to get 2-3 sizes up on the jacket if you expect it to match the sizing for their shirts. The jacket was 54 bucks. The graphic on the back looks as bad as the t-shirts. The denim itself looks fairly nice, but the quality is bad and the jacket is very stiff.

"All purchases can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.If the item is not up to your satisfaction, we are happy to assist with a return within our return policy. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed, and we will do our best to ensure your concerns are addressed."

This response is very misleading. Their return policy is basically that if you try it on or if there's evidence that the item was removed from its original packaging, they won't accept the return. Also, you have to pay for the return itself.

Read the return policy on their site before considering your purchase.

Poor quality products

It took me 20 days to get my order, Zazasy promisses 7-9 working days.
I ordered two items. On retro style hoodie and one round neck sweatshirt. The quality of the products is poor, so the value for my money was also poor. The items look good on their web page. They also say that it is cotton, but thats not true. The material has some cotton in it but I guess not much. The labels are written in chinese, so it is impossible to understand what the material is. The products are made in China. I dont recommend anybody to waste their money to buy these shitty textiles.
