Not received my product. No response to any communication.

I ordered the 'viral' eyeliner stamp as advertised on social media via the link to the Zena online shop.
I received a completely different brand: 'Lakerain' which was shipped from China.
I sent a reply e-mail to the order confirmation: zenaofficial@...... (which is their 'Contact Us' address on the official website) to enquire about the brand I received - to which they did not respond.
I then attached a message to their Facebook ad - to which they have not responded.
I then forwarded my previous e-mail reply to their 'zenaofficial' address to ask if this is perhaps a scam: promising a superior product, accepting orders & payment and then supplying a cheaper brand to customers?..
This time I received an automated message confirming delivery failure.
I really don't know what this company is up to, but I strongly recommend that everyone should steer WELL clear.
As an added bonus, the eyeliner I received is neither smudgeproof nor waterproof - as claimed on the website under the product description.

This is a scam - the products sent were not ZenaMakeup at all and look cheap. I purchased because it said vegan and cruelty free. The lipgloss has beeswax, so is not vegan.
Do not buy!!

I wouldnt even give them one star if i had a choice........makeup arrived from china smashed up and absolutely no replies to my requests for replacement.

Bought the eyeliner stamp because it’s a challenging thing to do. The product might be okay, I’m not amazed by the quality yet, but it’s not Zena. They either bought or bought out from Pagevine which still exists. Also the print on the item seemed a little worn: the label for Pagevine and the “left” and “right” distinctions.
I emailed zena about returning but haven’t received a response.

Item quality was not the item as advertised. They are defective and the box is different as well. Don’t buy

I would give 0 stars if possible. Never received the item. Tracking the shipment was weird, and it seemed to be made up, e.g., showing "out for delivery" in my city for days and then back in a different city. Emailed them about the order, with no reply, not even an auto-generated one. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This company should be ashamed! Do not fall for their scam!!

Totally conned. Not pigmented make up as advertised. Even several applications hardly show this is for the trio pot. Based in Hong Kong. Dont buy . Will charge back from bank. Wish id looked on here first.

I ordered a reflux remedy called, Purebiome in good faith, £29.95, and weeks later received a product called, Mag07???
When i queried this customer services said they were going through a transition on labelling??
Mag07 is a cleanse for your gut, nothing to do with Reflux!!

Ordered makeup back in june have sent many emails with know acknowledgement whatsoever another scam

I've had no issues with Zena makeup. All products have arrived. The multi palette for face is beautiful. The glitter lip glosses are really nice I've bought three. Sure they might be from China, idk. But I'm happy with the products.

This product is such a fraud and scam. It looks nothing like the marketing video. It much smaller palette and very cheap quality case and product

Item arrived 8 days ago powder all broken have sent 3 emails to sent replacement but being ignored do not recommend this company at all

Product arrived broken, tried emailing them numerous times but received no contact.

I've asked for refund 3 times now even sent pictures of the item broken when it arrived but they won't reply

COMPANY IS A SCAM. The absolute worst company. No email confirmation of order and this company does not respond to any inquiries you send them.
Was able to get refund through PayPal thank god.

Terrible company, fake from china, ive emailed 3 times asking for a refund, the dont answer back, total scam, wish i read the reviews before buying their fake makeup eye and cheek palate please dont buy from this company.

Do not order from this company. The seller is using videos of Tarte products to advertise it, but the item you actually receive is a much smaller, cheap imitation. It's not the product shown in the advertisement—you can buy the same knock-off on TikTok Shop for around £4.
This is false advertising. When I requested a return and refund because the item was not as described, my messages were ignored. I have also tried to submit reviews on the website but these cannot be seen. True reviews seem to hidden from customers.
Avoid this seller at all costs.

Fake company product from overseas takes months to arrive. Messages are AI-generated to appease you when looking status of the order and they will not credit you always have a answer it's on it's way on a slow boat from China .DO not recommend this site horrible
