Total scam. Fake counterfeit product. Wish I hadn’t been so gullible. Customer service is probably fake as well.

I wish I had read these reviews first. Got the eyeshadow/blush pallette and it's tiny! It's nothing like the item on the ad. Quality is rubbish, feel totally ripped off ☹️

Awful product!! I ordered the cheek and eye palette which looked lovely on the video, it came back half the size , cheap packaging and no shine at all . Don’t waste your money. I paid £15 for this crap and then found out it’s on Amazon for £4.80!!! I am only sorry I didn’t think to check these reviews before purchasing. I will in future. I have requested a refund and it’s being reviewed apparently. I won’t hold my breath

Do not buy. Item looked lovely in the ad, but when arrived smelt strongly of chemicals, the case was cheap plastic and ive seen the same item on TEMU for £3. Also the item received is a different brand from what I ordered. They are ignoring my emails

I ordered an eyeshadow palette that I saw advertised. In the advertisement, the eyeshadow had great pigment and shimmer. When I received it, it appeared to be a cheap knockoff. It does not even say zena on it and has Chinese writing. I tried using the eye shadow and it had no pigment or shimmer. It was not at all like advertised. When I tried to request to return it and told them the reasons, they denied my request. They said they do not accept returns of used product unless it's a quality issue! Hello!!! It IS a quality issue!! I only used the palette once to try and the quality was not at all what I paid for. The palette was $24 and was honestly less quality than I get from eye shadow I buy at five below. Do not waste your money on this over priced cheap crap!

I saw the pallete which shows the influencers swirl around 4 different colours and instantly get a lovely glow, blush, bronzer and highlighter in one and it looks lovely. The one they send is not as big as the one they show and it costs £14.99. I found the same one, same make on Amazon for £5.99 so wasn't very pleased. I waited weeks for the more expensive one and next day delivery with Amazon. Zena did contact me on messenger and sent me another and they were lovely but they did say they don't sell the one seen on the ad and even with two i have still paid £5 more. Most of the products are not zena products, they are from unknown Chinese companies. It's false advertising and I wouldn't order from them again.

A 1 star is generous. I ordered the wing eye liner stamp and it came cracked in half. I wrote to customer service right away and no response. I thought I’d try and make do but the Product ended up drying out after a couple of days due to the cracks. Reached out 3 times and nothing. Complete sham of a company

Literally the cheapest most horrible scam.worth about 1 euro from shein or temu and tiny.Something you would buy for your child to play with,but prob not safe!!!!Fit for the bin!!!!!

I'd give it a zero rating too! Awful company! I ordered the bronzer, highlighter combo. It arrived with a completely different name on, not the same quality as what's advertised, just a cheap Chinese version! Don't be sucked in like I was, avoid like the plague! I've also ordered the winged eye stamp, not holding out much hope for that. Total rip off.

Shockingly bad quality. And they completely ignore any type of communication regarding refunds. Avoid!

I would rate this 0 stars but it doesn't let you. Orderd the blush palette. When it arrived it's not the same as what is shown. Pigmentation is shocking there is no colour transfer at all. Don't be scammed in to buying this product. The video's on tiktok are all fake aswell.

I would give 0 stars if i could. This company is a fraud. First they sent me the wrong item than I emailed them and they told me they gave me a refund and it would arrive in 10-14 business days. 3 weeks later still hadn't received my refund and emailed them multiple times over the next month and they never replied back to me. Iv been emailing them multiple times every m9nth for the last 3 months now and still NOTHING.... what a joke.

Absolute garbage!! Do not be mistakes or buy from this company. You will not receive what you are shown you are ordering!!

Received a cheap Chinese product that didn't produce the colour or staying power as advertised. Very disappointed

Company sent me the incorrect item, not what I ordered. I immediately contacted them & sent photos, contacted them both via email & through the app. They declined my return request & have been unresponsive ever since. I have also reported them as "Misleading" through the Shopify app & plan to dispute the charge. Do not buy from this company!

I expected a product from Zena however I recieved another brand called ‘Pagevine’ with a label in Chinese writing. The product is folds into an L shape like the £5 ones on Amazon. So total SCAM! The product has an awful smell so I won’t even try it. I ordered both black and brown and I have initiated a return so awaiting a reply. Please read comments before ordering and don’t be an idiot like me believing the advert. I’d add phots if it was possible.

fake company who sent a cheap chemical product from a random Chinese brand - not the make-up advertised. no response from customer service. does anyone know where they are headquartered so as to make an official complaint? i've reported them as 'misleading' within the Shop app and i suggest others do the same

Ordered from Zena (directly from their website) because of their cruelty free and vegan claim. When I received my package it was delivered by Amazon and the eyeliner stamp was not Zena brand - it had an Amazon sticker with Chinese on it. I emailed them several times asking why I was sent some crappy untraceable Amazon product, which was specifically what I was trying to avoid - got no response. I also tried contacting them on Instagram, again no response. So I left a comment on a video of the product I bought asking why I was send some different random Amazon brand and they deleted it! This company is sketchy and their advertising is all false.
