LOST MY MACHINE??!!!

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Zest Insurance.

I’ve been without my machine since February, which is already far too long. I was told it had been repaired on 17th March, but here we are weeks later and it still hasn’t been returned to me.

So where is it?

There’s been a complete lack of communication and no clear answers about the delay. It’s unacceptable to be told something is fixed and then have no update on when or if it will actually be sent back.

Overall, extremely poor service and very disappointing handling of my claim. Will be looking to go back to D&G after this experience.

Policy cancellation

Phone call made today to cancel my Mum’s policy. Unfortunately she has terminal cancer and is no longer living in her property. The policy is no longer required. Can’t believe how straight forward and caring Jay was in processing the cancellation. I wish all the companies I have to deal with were as helpful and compassionate. Thank you Jay.

Lewis was extremely helpful

Lewis was extremely helpful. I do believe he genuinely wants to help my 80 year old mother get her replacement. However he is extremely hampered by restrictive processes with no way of escalation or ability to transfer to manager or case manager. I am hoping to hear back very soon. Thank you Lewis. Very obliging

Communication was poor between engineer…

Communication was poor between engineer & myself.
I called to cancel. Engineer did not get message so had waisted trip.
Day 2 both myself and engineer told different times.
Late text arrived, not the night before to confirm booking.
On a plus side, the engineer & I agreed time for visit.

I spoke to Bee today ,she was able to deal with my query very quickly without any delay .
She was professional and very helpful.
I have always had extremely positive experiences with Zest and would recommend them to anyone

Washing machine stopped working !

Washing machine stopped working . Phoned zest and was given next available day after easter weekend . Engineer came and fixed it within an hour . Happy days . Zest to the rescue once again . Great company !

Tumble dryer breakdown

Bee was great understood the issue and was very supportive.. set clear expectations as contact was made over the bank holiday.. im confident my appointment will be made in good time as I have had initial contact regarding my appliance no. that i didnt have to hand as i was out.. tip for people making contact put yourself in the call back queue.. somebody will call you back

Disappointed ☹️

The washing machine is still making the same noise but it’s bearable,but as the engineer had left I went to put the washer on but I discovered that there was no detergent drawer.Im disabled but I had to try to get to the van before he left.He didn’t believe me and had to take a look first and then discovered that he had put it on the van with the rubbish!!! I was very disappointed ☹️

The person contacted me at the time agreed. I was able to give the model number of my washing machine, and explained that it would not start. Given that she had the model number she was able to guide me to the screen on the machine, describe it in detail, tell me which buttons to press and hey presto it began to work. I had probably inadvertently put it into child protection mode. All extremely well thought out and implemented. Congratulations Zest!

Bee was great!

Just spoke to Bee about my coffee machine, the grinder is not working. She was very friendly, totally understanding the emergency of a coffee machine not working, very helpful. Has passed it onto the engineer to book an appointment as quickly as possible. 2 mins later received a text to confirm the job had been sent to the engineer

Quick, easy and efficient!

I emailed Zest and they rang me back the following day. A day later an engineer rang me and made an appointment and fixed my oven and came at a time that was convenient for me. the problem was fixed within 35 minutes. Great!
So from beginning to end it was quick, easy and efficient!
