J'ai mon ziip halo depuis 15 jours et aujourd'hui c'est la 3eme fois que je l'utilise. Le 1er jour tout s'est bien passé mais à la 2 ème utilisation à la fin de la séance j'avais le visage tout rouge avec une sensation de chaleur intense. J'ai laissé passer 1 semaine. Là je viens de terminer ma 3ème séance et idem je suis toute rouge et mon visage chauffe. Je me pose la question d'arrêter, je ne voudrais pas brûler ma peau.

My skin was very crepey with texture issues.

The whole 64 year old post menopausal thing.

I am not the go the spa on a regular basis person but wanted more confidence about my skin and face especially.

I knew I needed an at home treatment that got natural results.

Within two days I have noticed significant, to me texture changes and my eyelids are even slight lifted.

The App with the founder of the company/device creator makes all of the difference!!!

Well I accidentally dropped my first beloved Halo with gel-coated hands but didn’t want to wait for fixing issues and mail etc so bought new one out of love for device! I had to repurchase the basic electric gel due to pricey gold gel but I still love just wish other gels were more affordable!

FedEx delivered my package to the completely wrong house. I immediately notified customer service.I was promised an update after they contacted the courier, but the deadline came and went with absolute silence.
They have my money, I have no product, and their support team is completely useless. I am incredibly unimpressed and WOULD NOT recommend buying from them.

My contract is with you, not the courier you hired, and you remain fully liable for their delivery failures. A courier scan or doorstep photo does not constitute legal proof of delivery to me.
I require you to resolve this immediately. Please confirm within 48 hours whether you will issue a full refund.

If you fail to resolve this matter or attempt to redirect me to the courier, I will escalate this dispute through my payment provider via a chargeback/Section 75 claim and report this breach to Trading Standards.

Order number ZUK-35383 clearly delivered to the wrong address by Fed Ex. Highlighted immediately to ZIIP (photograph of property delivered to which clearly differed to the photograph of my property); ZIPP advised would contact Fed Ex and would hear back from them no later than 4pm, 28 September. Still waiting for a response.
ZIIP have made me feel that I am being dishonest although evidence of non delivery has been provided. With such an expensive item (over £400) why do ZIIP not want a signature as proof of delivery? Very unimpressed and WOULD NOT recommend.

Guys, I have been repeatedly forcefed ("influenced") this product. I bought it (vinted), but im not overwhelmed. Everyone (ie paid influencers) say its a miraculous face-lift- but I have noticed zero difference. Also I find the gel really messy as it gets all over the device, making it hard to hold. The outside silver coating is peeling off because of the gel (which is crazily expensive). Like most things in life, this isnt a miracle solution to anything. Plus you need to be extremely disciplined to use every day to see any apparent change. If you know you won't do that, then don't buy! The before and after images suggest any tightening is temporary, hence why you must use daily. I dunno. An expensive waste in my opinion.

Suite à mon commentaire précédent, la société prétend qu'ils me recontacteront pour pouvoir résoudre mon problème. Encore un mensonge. Ils ne m'ont pas recontacté depuis.
J'envoie les 21 mails aux services de défenses des droits du consommateur.
Après 3 mensonges: au lieu du remboursement proposé, ils veulent envoyer un bon cadeau d'un montant inférieur à celui d'achat, (illégal), mais prétendent que c'est écrit dans les termes. Une fois que vous acceptez le remplacement (d'un appareil dans lequel vous n'avez plus confiance) ils sont, soi-disant, en rupture de stock. Hors, quand vous allez sur le site, ils sont toujours en vente. Vous le signalez, tout à coup ils veulent vous envoyer un appareil.
La confiance déjà bien entachée est complètement rompue.
Ensuite, de nouveau un mensonge sur la façon de se dédouaner.
Puis ici sur Truspilot, le commentaire où ils vont analyser le problème est certainement une réponse automatique.
Je n'ai jamais eu affaire à une société aussi malhonnête jusqu' à présent. (Et heureusement)
Si vous voulez jeter votre argent par les fenêtres, libre à vous d'acheter Ziip Halo.
Finalement problème résolu 10/10/26, ne pas perdre espoir ! Et merci quand même à l'équipe.

I love my ZIIP Halo. I was initially hesitant about using the app, but now I really enjoy that I can craft my own treatment. In addition, the Customer Service is exemplary!

I love my ZIIP Halo! I have been using it almost daily and love the results in my neck area mainly. People compliment my skin often, as I am approaching 60. I look forward to new "Plans" you guys come up with.

My ziip still functional, but I'm still preoccupied by the surface of my ziip continue to deteriorate. At the price we pay for the device, the appearence should not deteriorate in only 8 months

I have used this device five times in the past two weeks and I think it has already made a difference at tightening up the skin on my neck. More time is needed to see how things go. However, in saying this, I have also referred the ZIIP Halo to two of my friends!

I’m using it consistently and really love this device. I love the many different ways I can use it to personalize my routine and seeing good results. Please don’t ever discontinue the basic gel because the others have to many different ingredients that I can’t use.

I started using the ziip just under 2 weeks ago. I downloaded the app and decided to try out the 30 day plan. I followed the tutorials to a tee but my right eyelid has been involuntary twitching for days now. It began to calm down and not being sure that it was definitely because of the ziip, I decided to just do my jowls and forehead. The twitch came back. Now I’m worried I did something damaging which is not okay given the hefty price tag. I bought the gold gel too. I never indulge like this and I’m deeply regretting it. I’m hoping the my sudden headaches, and I never experience headaches, aren’t due to the ZIIP as well.
I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.
