Parfait. Service impeccable

I have used this device five times in the past two weeks and I think it has already made a difference at tightening up the skin on my neck. More time is needed to see how things go. However, in saying this, I have also referred the ZIIP Halo to two of my friends!

I’m using it consistently and really love this device. I love the many different ways I can use it to personalize my routine and seeing good results. Please don’t ever discontinue the basic gel because the others have to many different ingredients that I can’t use.

I started using the ziip just under 2 weeks ago. I downloaded the app and decided to try out the 30 day plan. I followed the tutorials to a tee but my right eyelid has been involuntary twitching for days now. It began to calm down and not being sure that it was definitely because of the ziip, I decided to just do my jowls and forehead. The twitch came back. Now I’m worried I did something damaging which is not okay given the hefty price tag. I bought the gold gel too. I never indulge like this and I’m deeply regretting it. I’m hoping the my sudden headaches, and I never experience headaches, aren’t due to the ZIIP as well.
I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Great service from the customer support team they explained everything to me in depth as I had a issue with the device contact through Email- was returned and replaced with in days very helpful and a quick service with great communication throughout thank you 🙏🏼

After only one year my Ziip is falling apart. The casing is lifting from the body of the device. I DO NOT get it wet or anything. It shouldn’t be going this after one year!!I’ve contacted customer service so we will see what they do. I’ve heard they tend to ignore people.

I am trying to return an unopened ZIIP. And have heard nothing back from the company. I now it’s a few days pass the return time! I am extremely disappointed in the service of ZIIP

Très belle découverte ! Je suis actuellement à J9 du programme de 14 jours et je constate déjà les premiers effets. Le produit est vraiment agréable à utiliser et l’application est particulièrement bien conçue : elle accompagne chaque séance en temps réel et permet de suivre très facilement les différents gestes et leur durée. On se laisse guider, sans avoir à se demander si l’on utilise correctement l’appareil.

Mention spéciale également au service client. J’ai rencontré un problème avec le transporteur lors de ma première livraison et l’équipe ZIIP a été extrêmement réactive, à l’écoute et efficace. Ma réclamation a été suivie de bout en bout et une solution a été trouvée très rapidement.

Un excellent produit, une application qui apporte un vrai plus à l’expérience et un service client à la hauteur. Pour l’instant, je suis vraiment ravie de mon achat !

I am a big fan of the Ziip Halo and have used it for a couple of years.
Recently my Ziip did not turn on. I contacted Ziip Beauty customer service and had a the singular best customer service experience of my life. The way they handled the situation was fantastic. We emailed back and forth, I tried their suggestions without luck and was told to return the device.
In the end, I had a brand new device and a selection of small-sized gels in one week and one day from the 'incident' of my Ziip not working.
I can't say enough about this excellent customer service experience.
The device is fantastic and I would not be without it. To know it is backed by a company that delivers excellent customer service makes it even better.

I am VERY PLEASED with my purchase. The "Ziip Halo" has been a blessing for my face. I have seen great results in a short time. My face is definitely smoother and clearer. This device has done more positive things for my face, than any other device, I have used.

J'ai acheté mon premier ZIIP en décembre 2023 sur le site Currentbody, en mars 2024 il tombe en panne je me dis que c'est juste pas de chance. Puis Currentbody me le remplace. Il fonctionne bien, jusqu'à hier où il ne charge plus qu'à moitié, il ne suit pas le programme avec lequel il est synchronisé, cet appareil est une grosse déception au prix qu'il coûte sa durée de vie est lamentable j'ai des brosses à dents électriques moins bien moins chers que j'ai depuis bientôt 6 ans ! Plus jamais je ne fais confiance à cette marque. Il y a clairement un défaut de conception ou alors une volonté de conception pour rendre cet appareil si peu durable dans le temps. Je vous déconseille fortement son achat car c'est clairement de l'argent jeté par les fenêtres plutôt q'un investissement sur du long terme. J'aurais du garder mon argent pour des soins ou de la médecine esthétique.

I love this device and the gels that go with it. It has made a big improvement in the tone and youthful appearance of my skin. I use it every day in the morning and it is part of my meditation and calming time.

This is my third ZIIP. I have always been very happy with my purchases, and I have recommended the different devices to several women that I know. At least three have purchased the ZIIP HALO and are using it. I love my results with the HALO. My only concern is that after three years I have to replace them as I use them regularly and I stack my treatments so each has received a lot of work.
