No pay on my payday

Anyone working as a courier for this company please be aware of the fact that your earnings are NOT guaranteed on a Tuesday as described, this will be in the uk. I’ve been delivering for them for approximately 4 months and up until few weeks ago I noticed that my earnings where 24 hrs late, not a big deal I know but as for this weeks earnings which where due Tuesday 10/03/2026 they are still not in my account, today being Thursday at 6.00pm…I really like delivering for them but the lack of communication and support is absolutely ridiculous.. various emails,driver support ect where sent but to no avail. No explanation as to what has happened and worst of all NO phone number to ring someone and find out what is going on… I really doubt I will be delivering again for them but last weeks earnings need sorting first… just be aware guys and gals. Thanks for taking the time to read this and stay safe…update on this post I received pay on the Friday 13/03/26 the reason from Stuart, a problem processing the wages…
