No pay on my payday

Anyone working as a courier for this company please be aware of the fact that your earnings are NOT guaranteed on a Tuesday as described, this will be in the uk. I’ve been delivering for them for approximately 4 months and up until few weeks ago I noticed that my earnings where 24 hrs late, not a big deal I know but as for this weeks earnings which where due Tuesday 10/03/2026 they are still not in my account, today being Thursday at 6.00pm…I really like delivering for them but the lack of communication and support is absolutely ridiculous.. various emails,driver support ect where sent but to no avail. No explanation as to what has happened and worst of all NO phone number to ring someone and find out what is going on… I really doubt I will be delivering again for them but last weeks earnings need sorting first… just be aware guys and gals. Thanks for taking the time to read this and stay safe…update on this post I received pay on the Friday 13/03/26 the reason from Stuart, a problem processing the wages…

Ok but poor prices for your books.,..

I found the selling experience overall quite good but I didn’t think I got a good price for my books. A second hand 18th edition wiring regs is about £50/60 on eBay, it was bought from world of books for a couple of pounds, the exact amount I don’t have a record of. I wouldn’t use this service again but it’s horses for courses, if you need a few quid as I did then it’s ok for that… best of luck.

From zero to hero..

Over the last fortnight I had an ongoing situation with my credit card being closed via a balance transfer,and a direct debit being taken from my bank account after the said account was closed down. I am very happy to tell you that Zopa and the complaints team handled my problem with compassion and understanding, to the point where they offered me £50 compensation for the frustration and confusion I suffered. I must say, I’ve been with quite a few credit card companies over the years and zopa our now in my top 5… thank you zopa for sorting and solving this issue with professional conduct…I will make sure friends and family here of this, your recommendation is 10/10….

Reliable, helpful and for Northern Ireland courier insurance a godsend.

A very reliable service to deal with, I renewed my policy for fully comp and hire and reward on my citan van today and the rep was very helpful. I would recommend any couriers to give them a try. I live in belfast Northern Ireland and it can be very tough to get this type of courier insurance so thank you Zego and premium credit ltd.

Compulsory adverts are ruining the viewing experience.

You tube have totally ruined there site. The adverts are destroying my viewing experience and trying to get you to take out a subscription for no adverts which costs £11.99 a month, do they not know we are living in a cost of living crisis, the tv licence has gone up as well to £174 approx for a year…they will cause thousands of viewers to switch off. Get your act together YouTube…

They refunded me my £30, so at least that’s something.

I joined loqbox save last year in the hope of boosting my credit rating,not sure if the loqbox save does this but at the end of the year it was a welcome boost to my bank account. Please be careful though with the save as if your not with one of there affiliate banks ie: Santander they will charge you £30 for putting the money back into your account, they did refund my £30 as I didn’t know this and it was my first time saving with them. All in all they are ok. Just be aware of the £30 pound charge.

They get the parts to you on time and in perfect condition.

Ordered a part for my Mercedes citan van and within 2 days it arrived. I live in Northern Ireland so getting stuff here from England can be a pain because of the Irish Sea border, spares hut are the exception. Delivered on time in great packaging and the part inside in perfect condition. I will be using this company from now on when it comes to parts for my car. Exceptional company 10/10.

They are a very agreeable,professional and thorough company, they listen to you and your concerns and then deal with it. A 5 star company.

I dealt with an advisor called Caitlin, as my bank had issued me a new card which credit fix use to take my monthly amount. She was very courteous and dealt with my issue in a thorough and professional manner. Great company to deal with and thankfully my Iva has only 5 months to go after a very long 6 years.

They pull no punches in there credit agreement

They do lay it on the line regarding your credit agreement with them and the seriousness of missing payments etc. can be scary reading when reading this and they pull no punches. The insurance which I need badly for my new courier/ delivery jobs was important to me to get right and premium credit are just that…

Let down by Webuyanycar

Went to the agreed site at Connswater shopping centre for 10.30am the meeting scheduled for 10.40am. No sign of anyone. I waited until 11.10am and rang the number on there website, an automated voice said it would connect me to a representative,no answer. I left a voicemail asking if the person I was to meet was on his way and that I could wait at least another 30mins, I also asked if someone could ring me back to find out if I should just go on. Waited until 11.30am no return phone call but a text saying we are sorry that YOU were UNABLE to make your appointment, would you like to reschedule…ffs. I’m at a loss..never dealt with this company in the past and certainly won’t in the future. Once bitten twice shy with me…hope other reviewers had better luck..

Great experience

A very quick delivery on both fan items. The stand alone fan is amazingly quite at low speeds and quite at high, love the remote that came with both items. The desk top fan is quite at low speeds and slightly noisier at higher but has great all round circulation of air,I use this in the bedroom. A very good experience,delivery and solid made items.

Website easy to sort.

Just went onto this site as my elderly mum has back and mobility problems. I decided on this rollater with a seat. Very easy website to deal with and will update when delivery is made, up to now though 5/5.

Emma mattress the worst experience of my life.

I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with this absolute shambles of a company. My order was for an Emma mattress,4 seasons duvet and a duvet cover. 3 times they changed my date of delivery and the 3rd date was an estimated tod. Over 2months I’ve been waiting and I’ve now cancelled the order because they can’t guarantee a delivery date. I would usher anyone who is thinking of buying an Emma mattress or anything from them…DONT. Simple as that. A horrific experience. The customer care is non existent to.
