Mother’s Day Disappointment

Very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered to my mum on Mother’s Day. As I couldn’t physically be with her, it was incredibly important that the flowers conveyed just how much she means to me.
Unfortunately the flowers that were delivered didn’t last more than a few days (even my brother’s garage forecourt flowers were still going strong more than a week later!).
When I sent a note with photo via the so-called “Happiness Guarantee” that states my complaint would be reviewed within 24-48 hours, I’ve yet to hear anything. Not even an acknowledgment of the complaint.
I’m very disappointed and quite upset that on my Mum’s special day, she was sent flowers that were already starting to wither.

Why started as a 2 star review, I am pleased to upgrade to 4 stars. This is primarily down to the excellent customer service I received from Max who, upon seeing my initial review, immediately swung into action with a full refund.
