I ordered two items of jewellery that, when received, just
did not equate to the jewellery that I hoped that I was buying which was based on the photographs that were on Diamond stores’ website.
I informed the company that the products did not match the photographs which had persuaded me to order the items.
The positive internet response and the help received from Victoria, a member of the Diamond Stores’ staff was absolutely first class and helped me to try again and to order two more products which I believe will match my expectations.
