I ordered two items of jewellery that, when received, just
did not equate to the jewellery that I hoped that I was buying which was based on the photographs that were on Diamond stores’ website.

I informed the company that the products did not match the photographs which had persuaded me to order the items.

The positive internet response and the help received from Victoria, a member of the Diamond Stores’ staff was absolutely first class and helped me to try again and to order two more products which I believe will match my expectations.

I am afraid to say that the items that I purchased from you - order 630305 - were a great disappointment
And I am returning them for credit.

The difference between the photographs of the items on the internet and the actual items when they were delivered was absolutely chalk and cheese! Why not have photographs, which are vital when ordering items from you, that are representative of the items rather than being substantially ‘overblown”?
The order was placed in my son’s name, “Douglas Colbeck “ but the new items that I am ordering today - order no xxxxxx will be under my name, William Colbeck.

I have bought from this company before and have been delighted with the quality of the purchases that I have made. This time i had some difficulty with the delivery service provided by DPD but the staff of the Diamond Store were incredibly helpful in getting my delivery sorted out, well before Christmas, I am delighted to say! A very nice Company to deal with.
