First delivery and they have got it…

First delivery and they have got it wrong!!

Ordered:
3x semi skimmed milk - £1.29 each
1x homogenised milk - £1.29 each
1x pack of 6 eggs - £2.45 each
1x Milk minder - £16.99 each

Ended up with just 1x semi skimmed milk and 1 homogenised milk…….

Where is the rest of my order? over £15 worth of stuff missing!!!

Thankfully the milkman took a photograph (we also have cctv)

Appalling start and service by this company. Got to wait until 7am to try and resolve this

Will be cancelling all my orders moving forward and account if they don’t put this right

07:10am - UPDATE: Spoke to customer service who told me the reason was because there was no stock availability. While this may be the case with the milk minder, milk and more clearly have eggs and the additional two bottles of semi skimmed milk!

Clearly liars and now I’ve canceled all my deliveries…. Also unable to process my refund yet due to the order still being “out for delivery” when they have confirmed the delivery photograph taken at approx 2am

Stay away from this company. Complete let down for my first delivery and shocking level of customer service

10:15am Further update, offered £5 voucher for a £25 order and the poor level of service…. Not good enough so account now canceled
