First delivery and they have got it…

First delivery and they have got it wrong!!

Ordered:
3x semi skimmed milk - £1.29 each
1x homogenised milk - £1.29 each
1x pack of 6 eggs - £2.45 each
1x Milk minder - £16.99 each

Ended up with just 1x semi skimmed milk and 1 homogenised milk…….

Where is the rest of my order? over £15 worth of stuff missing!!!

Thankfully the milkman took a photograph (we also have cctv)

Appalling start and service by this company. Got to wait until 7am to try and resolve this

Will be cancelling all my orders moving forward and account if they don’t put this right

07:10am - UPDATE: Spoke to customer service who told me the reason was because there was no stock availability. While this may be the case with the milk minder, milk and more clearly have eggs and the additional two bottles of semi skimmed milk!

Clearly liars and now I’ve canceled all my deliveries…. Also unable to process my refund yet due to the order still being “out for delivery” when they have confirmed the delivery photograph taken at approx 2am

Stay away from this company. Complete let down for my first delivery and shocking level of customer service

10:15am Further update, offered £5 voucher for a £25 order and the poor level of service…. Not good enough so account now canceled

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company!

Only with them for 3 weeks

Long delays of over 20 minutes to get through to customer service

When you get through staff are extremely unhelpful, directors of the company should spend a day listening to calls to find out why they are losing so many customers and getting bad reviews which can be avoided

No attempt to try and resolve issues and happy to just close your account

Milk & More is the way forward everyone - quick easy app and can change up to 9pm the day before!!

Product advertised as “dishwasher safe” on outer packaging but general care instructions state “hand wash only” complete false advisement!!!

Extremely shocking corrupt service!

Ignores factual evidence that supports a complaint and chooses to apply their own opinion rather than facts

When questioned if they know want they are doing. They throw the abuse card at you for questioning the competency/training of their staff

Clearly not trained to have conflicting conversations like an adult, asking someone level of training is not abuse !!

Channel 4 dispatches needs to go under cover in their organisation

Shocking level of customer service and…

Shocking level of customer service and customer rights

STW failed their data protection obligations by not fulfilling a subject access request (SAR) within the time frame currently set by GDPR and inline with the Data Protection Act 2018

They accepted they didn’t meet the standard and simply said sorry for infringing on a customers data protection rights.

They have “respectfully” declined the offer of any compensation for this poor level

Complaint now raised with the Information Commisioners Office for investigation and hopefully the recording of an infringement against STW

No care for customers or accountability for their actions, especially when they have admitted their staff didn’t do their job properly and they will be retrained

Update 03/11/2025 - did not get in touch as per their reply. Clearly said this just to look good, worse water company ever!

You raise a formal complaint and it gets ignored. No acknowledgment or correspondence within 10 working days as per their policy!

Complete waste of time…

Complete waste of time…. Messed up our first weeks order and then offered a free bottle of milk (£1.25) to stay with them. This poor customer service resulted in us cancelling our account and back to milk & more we come!

Don’t be fooled by the great smell

Don’t be fooled by the great smell, once washed there is no smell left. Reached out to the customer services who said they would offer some scent boasters but never did…. Appears to be a common theme reading other reviews

Scam process

If you are offered any compensation accept it even if you don’t agree before escalating your concerns to the Housing Ombudsman

The Housing Ombudsman took over 3 months to tell me they can’t look into my complaint even tho Sanctuary provided their details in the final response

I have now lost my compensation £200 because I didn’t accept it within 3 months even tho this was because I was escalating things further as I didn’t agree with the outcome

Sent wrong order, food was labelled with a different order number but refused to refund!

Even sent them the pictures of our order number (email) and the food that had was labelled with a different number

Have to wait 14 days now and request charge back via my bank

This company needs taking to court for their actions!

Provided misleading information about potential fraud on my account that caused unnecessary anxiety…… then told they will put a marker on my account saying I suffer with anxiety! Don't cause it in the first place….. stay well away from this bank

Complete waste of time…

Doesn’t even follow legislation itself not alone regulate other companies.

Didn’t follow GDPR, complaint raised with the Information Commisioners Office who has recorded a data infringement against them.

Raised a complaint with the FOS who said someone will respond within 15 working days…. That time as now past and still waiting…

Don’t be fooled by their good rating!

Don’t be fooled by their good rating!

Once they have you as a customer and you have left good feedback, it’s all down hill from there.

Recent complaint ended up being escalated to the Financial Ombudsman's Service and as their decision was in my favour, Abound have not agreed with the resolution.

Now need to wait for an Ombudsman to review the case and make a decision!

Shop around and avoid this company at all cost! They clearly don’t care about providing the customer with the correct level of service they deserve.

I will update here once a decision has been made because it’s only fair customers are provided with true and accurate reflection of the company.

Lenders are usually able to view credit files where they have a relationship with a customer. For example, when you use one of their credit products. If you have evidence of a 'Hard Search' on your credit file that you didn't consent to please get in touch on contact@getabound.com and we'll take a look 😊

Avoid! Waste of sponsor ship money

Avoid!! Raised a case back in March 2023 and not even assigned to an investigator yet because they are still waiting for my landlord to send them evidence…. Clearly my landlord is not going to send them it to avoid answering the complaint! But they are happy to continue and wait with no timeframe in force….
