My plug plants arrived through the post…

My plug plants arrived through the post in a terrible state. I got in touch with customer service, sent pictures and they rectified the problem. Very honourable company to deal with.

Knock the door to alert delivery has been made. did not know the parcel was at my…

I did not know the parcel was at my front door. The door bell was not wrung nor the door knocker used to alert me to the delivery. I do not check my phone for messages constantly therefore did not know about the delivery until I was going out the front door some time later. Why can't the door bell be wrung?

Unacceptable customer service.

You cancelled the engineers repair visit with no notice and have left us without a working radiator in my living room. We have no alternative heating as back up. We have not had the promised phone call from a manager either. The contract we have had with you for many years has been broken by you. You have left 2 pensioners with defective heating even though we have boiler and radiator cover in case of breakdown. You told us we were not a priority and would be dealt with sometime in the new year.

Extremely bad experience

We had to cancel our order for a dishwasher. We received an email giving a delivery date of 21/12/17. We were happy with this as it would be installed in time for Christmas. Two days later we received a phonecall from the company saying there was no way we were getting our product before 28/12/17. We found this totally unacceptable, especially as we had a phonecall from their rep confirming delivery for the 21st and getting us to take out additional insurance for the product.
The one hand does not know what the other is doing.
