Check you referral has been received

My GP practice made a referral in May 2025 for my son but omitted to state what the referral was for. Evolve did not inform the GP practice at any point to notify the referral form was incomplete and I discovered this in January 2026 and we are now at the back of the waiting list. If making a referral please check they have received and accepted it as otherwise you won't be made aware as they 'don't have time to chase this up'. Appalling service so far, and sadly further negative impact and delay for my son.

As a social worker with over 21 years post qualifying experience, I've thankfully not encountered such a lack of responsibility or respect for potential clients. I hope this review helps others avoid any further disappointment and delay for their child.

Thank you for your feedback. When forms are incomplete we respond to the GP to let them know, however we are sorry in your case that this did not trigger a new referral for your son. We have backdated your referral to last year as is our common practice in these instances. Our bookings team will be in contact as soon as we have your son's assessment date. Really good deodorant

Really good deodorant. Works well for day to day use and gym. Smells lovely. Easy to order and refill plus vegan and better for the environment than my previous brand

Faults on website caused double + cost

Due to faults on website on Boxing Day I was charged for the 50 free prints I was offered and then payment was taken for 2 calendars rather than 1. Customer service was shocking and even though I've shown screen shots of the issues they have not offered refund! This is the last time I'm using this company, previous order went missing and trying to resolve this was a very slow process!

Disappointing

I made an order on 26.09, my error that it had my old address on. It’s now 29.10 and communication has been very poor. They said they would send out my parcel to my correct address. I’ve had the same email repeated in numerous messages and I’m still no clearer where my parcel is. I’ve not had any direct response from a query in a month!

Very disappointing.

Poorly made doors. Terrible customer service and warrantee appears worthless!!!

Paint has come off the doors of 3 cupboards in 3 months, we’ve had a closer look at the cupboards and these doors have been badly put together. We sent photos to the salesperson and via him received emails saying it was out care of the kitchen and they are water damaged! We are a mature couple and know how to wipe down work benches to ensure they are dry! They have not contacted us directly or been out to see the faulty doors. We’ve been told they will not be replaced!

We would not recommend wickes to anyone. Terrible customer service and we now have to go via an ombudsman tonresolvw this. We both work full time and have 2 young children. Not the way we had planned to spend our spare time!!!

Very disappointing

After an email at 6.18 am to say an amendment had been made to my order, it then wasn’t delivered between 7-8am. Customer service very rude and unhelpful and I later find out that no attempt at been made to call the number on our account (my husbands number had been duplicated on the system).

Made a complaint and still waiting a response.

Would not use again or recommend this service to others.

8 months and repairs not completed!!

We had a burst pipe in our bathroom which flooded our kitchen in September 2017. It’s now April 2018 and the work isn’t completed. Loads of snagging due to very poor contractors and esure have stopped responding to emails. I wouldn’t renew with them or recommend hem to anyone.
